Huge thumbs down on this issue. Now for the actual business, I was disappointed, (and that is being kind). I was escorting my other half for his sessions and was truly astonished when he was given different exercises to do and not being monitored at all. He would often finish what he was instructed to do and have to sit and wait a while until someone noticed that he was finished. This was primarily due to the therapist having 3 or 4 other clients that they were giving instructions to at the same time. When someone finally noticed he wasn't doing anything anymore then he would be instructed to do something else again while still completely unattended. Finally, he was to get massages by the therapist there. Their massage therapist hurt him every single time. He was being far too rough and when told that what he was doing hurt, he completely ignored him and just continued. The staff is friendly and that is where the 1 star was earned. He is having a surgical procedure done next week that will require therapy afterwards and I can easily say that he will not be using this establishment.
