I was very happy with my first appointment at The Joint today. I love the business model. I love the idea that it's a no frills, good old fashioned chiropractic experience with a modern feel. My previous chiropractor talked me into a lot of appointments, and then when I kept those appointments, he left early most of the time and didn't adjust me. There is no chance of that happening at The Joint. I can actually stop in when it's convenient for me, and a chiropractor will be there. And he's not trying to distract me by putting me on machines for an hour so he can sneak out the back. No way. It's just a chiropractor and an adjustment table, that's it. It was a stroke of luck. I just so happened to be waiting for my nail tech outside of the salon (COVID fun) and a polite young man named Darius handed me a flyer for a free chiropractic consultation. After I got my nails done I decided to swing by and a wonderful woman named Maria helped me with my paperwork. This was my first chiropractic experience. Was having some left upper back discomfort. Was not sure if this was the way to go. Came in, filled out a form . Did not have to wait longer than 5 mins to get treated. I was assigned to Dr.Glass. She explained everything i needed to know. Give me the adjustment. Dr. Britt and Dr. Campbell are awesome! Dr.Britt helped me get back into alignment when I could barely walk. I was I so much pain and she was very gentle and I was able to get back to life. Dr. Campbell is very knowledgeable about sports therapy, so if your an athlete, he's got you covered! He's also gentle in his approach to adjustments.
