Everyone is fantastic at this location. Doctors do great work and desk ladies are Marvelous.

I have been coming here for over a year now and have been exclusively treated by Dr. Dakota during that time. I was referred to the practice by a close friend who specifically recommended Dr. Dakota. I was last treated by a chiropractor in 2018. I came in initially because I was having severe and sudden onset back pain that was exacerbated by my job and long commute. The first visit, he was kind, knowledgeable, confident, yet relaxed. Great bedside manner! He makes me feel valued as a patient and checks in regularly to ensure everything is going well. Since starting my chiropractic adjustments with him, my body has felt immeasurably better. I can move through my physically demanding job with much greater ease and little to no discomfort. I can run 3 times a week with little to no discomfort. I've also noticed fewer migraines and less muscle tension. Overall, a wonderful experience with Dr. Dakota. Highly recommend him for your chiropractic care needs. read more

Unfortunately, this is not a location with good time management. The doctor had nearly 7 patients waiting. It was also frustrating to review the app and see there were two doctors listed to be adjusting at the Mallard Creek location and then hear the receptionist say the other doctor got to leave at 2. read more

Dr. Dakota and Dr. Michael work during the week and they are very nice. Have not met other doctors yet. Love their location and if you time it right, not much wait time at all. Dr. Dakota was very careful in assessing my needs and his adjustments were spot on. Give this place a try. read more

I went there due to back pain. I never made to the back cause they were disorganized and the secretary needs some lessons in professionalism. Just do not go. That's funny you found me the other day. Then I had to call my old clinic in Nashville to settle a debt they said I did not have. This place is horrible. Once again do not go. read more

My son is the patient at The Joint. The location is very convenient. Its a very clean office but it isn't what you would typically see when you go to the doctors. My son goes as needed throughout the month. I pay a monthly fee, regardless of how often he goes (albeit I am sure there is a max per month). You check-in then wait either in the back or front area. The area where they work is an open area where 2 or 3 chiropractors work adjacent to each other taking care of the patients who come in for pain relief. It has made a difference for my son who has been having difficulty with his back. He is happy and in less pain so I am happy. read more

The Joint Chiropractic - Waiting for my son outside on this visit. - Chiropractors Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

If you workout regularly and have occasional back issues, The Joint should definitely be in your weekly rotation. Anyone with back issues will appreciate what the doctors are doing here to help relieve pain and I swear this place has helped me go from barely able to walk on some days to almost immediately rectifying my issue and for that reason they are worth the monthly investment. I simply consider this place a necessity. The adjustments don't take long if you're going on a regular, but if you are having a specific issue they take a little more time to address it. They're now open 7 days a week. They have parking in the front and back of the facility and depending on the time of day and usually closer to closing you may have to wait as it can get crowded near the end of the day. read more

I love the staff here. Dr. Joe is amazing kind friendly. Ms. Janice is so sweet too. Love it here

My first visit was good and I felt like the quality of care given was adequate, but the few visits after that disappointed me. They only spend about 5 minutes adjusting me and misdiagnosing my issues, ultimately creating more. My neck issues got worse as I went to go see them. I don't feel like the quality of care given is based on your needs. They also misinformed me about the payment planned I signed up for. I was under the impression I was only paying for one month, which is what I wanted in case I didn't enjoy the service. I understand it's in the form I signed but the receptionist explained it to me differently so I misunderstood. Now I have to pay another $70 for a service that I didn't enjoy and don't want to return to in case they continue to worsen my issues. Go somewhere else if you actually want person-centered care read more

Good chiropractor. Before you sign up ask all the questions they will not inform u of anything just so they can get the payment. I paid for a month and it came with extra sessions. After I finish my last session I look a week or two later they still taking money out my account. Outside of all the big prices and sales they have on their desk. There's a lot of hidden stuff in contract they WONT tell you. Also this place is always TOO busy There's alot or chiropractors in charlotte find u one that cares bout u not just trying lock u into a contract read more

I'm traveling and after a 6 hour car ride I needed an adjustment. I called ahead and was told the wait was about 8 people. With two doctors working I assumed it would move quick. I came in as a walk-in and filled out my paper work and sat for over 45 min. I watched the receptionist accept 3 people who had gotten there well after me while I waited. When I finally spoke up, I was told I was next. (But I still waited another 20 min) It took over an hour to be seen from the time I handed her my paperwork to the time the doctor saw me. If I wasn't in pain, I would of just left. Suggestions: manage your appointments better. You lose all credibility of a "walk-in" service when you cannot properly set expectations. I had a slim window to get serviced and I would have went elsewhere if the proper expectations were set. Updated my review. Dr. Allen was not only sweet but educated me read more

The doctors are all personable & professional. The front desk staff are always so friendly & helpful. I always feel better after the chiropractic adjustments and highly recommend The Joint @ Mallard Creek. read more

There is usually a different doctor Everytime I've visited, and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful with my adjustments. They made after visit recommendations and helpful additional equipment that will help me maintain and ease my pain. I recommended the doctors I've seen Dr. Mason take the time to find all of the issues, even the ones unseen and Dr. Doe is very knowledgeable with muscle skeletal constraints and pain removal. But all of the doctors relieved my pain. read more

Very knowledgeable and gave a great explanation of what was causing me to have such pain in my hips. Very easy to understand when being told about care program and efficiently looked after by the team. Fantastic!! They fitted me in quickly and have been brilliant. Very friendly and approachable. Looking forward to my next visit read more

The setup of this place is really cool. I had never been to a chiropractor but the employees here make the experience very calming and easy. They are incredibly knowledgeable of the subject matter. I was mostly intrigued by the friendliness, soon as I walked in I was greeted even though there were other customers there. They offer a variety of different packages that can fit the needs of just about anyone. Very easy to find and well worth it. I would definitely recommend this place to others. read more

The Joint Chiropractic - Chiropractors Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

My only experience with chiropractic care has been at this location of The Joint. I decided to check them out when I noticed their $29 new patient special and I couldn't move one morning. The receptionist was kind and answered my questions with clarity and appropriate enthusiasm while I was on the way. When I got there I met Dr. Allen who was kind explained what she was doing and why. That's major to me when it comes to patient care. I decided to enroll in their monthly program and have returned and saw Dr. Allen mostly and two other providers. Everyone was kind and I've felt better after leaving. Short waits. They send out a list of the doctor's schedule my email each week so if you have a preference it's fairly easy to plan your visits when they're scheduled. read more

Totally love this place! I've been to 3 different offices and this is the best one by far. Both of their Chiropractor's are amazing. They listen to how you are feeling give you suggestions on what stretches are going to help you then adjust you. You may walk in with Pain but you will leave feeling Relief... read more

I've only had one prior chiropractic experience. After several poor nights of sleeping I looked into getting an adjustment. Dr Allen was polite and provided comfort to me during my visit. The consultation and examination was thorough and I felt relieved once it was over. The opportunity to sign up for monthly wellness plans that allow access to 4 adjustments is a great way to ensure continuous proper posture. read more

Well Dr Robinson is approved!! I was gimping coming in and walking straight on the way out! I wish I lived here. We were passing thru town and I told my huney to pull in.. Till next time! read more

Best "Joint" I've been to. Not all "Joints" are created equal but I would have to say this is a great one.

Been going to The Joint now for close to 1 year. I love the no appointment style, its makes things easier. Among the various locations I love visiting with Dr.Allen. she is great, well informed, listens to needs and great at her job. read more

I'm sure the chiropractor is great. Unfortunately, I won't know. After completing the paperwork, waiting an hour, and watching 3 others who arrived after me get seen, I decided it would take less time to drive somewhere else instead of being put at the bottom of the que every time someone else walked in. read more

Only went here twice. Nice facility. Great front desk staff. Wait times weren't too long. First trip: Male chiro. Extremely nice. Genuinely concerned. Took his time with everyone...including me. Make me look forward to coming back. Unfortunately, I am on the road constantly, so 3 months pass (and $180 in monthly membership fees go down the drain) before I can make it back. This time it's "Dr. Jen's" turn. Female chiro. Rude. Impersonal. Dismissive. Robotic. Yeah...that'd sum it up. Here was the gist of our interaction: Her: Lay on your belly. Deep breath in. Let it out. Flip over. Try and relax. Okay you're done. Me: Is that it? Her: Yup. Me: I'm still extremely tight in the upper lumbars...can you try and get it to loosen up? You know, get it to pop. Her: (In a tone that sounded as if I'd just called her "Fatty") It's not about the pop. That's just fluid releasing. (Turns her back to me and acts as though I have magically evaporated from the room). That was IT. I'd been trying to get back in for 3 months...and I literally get less than 15 seconds...no relief, no interaction, and an attitude to boot. I can find much better ways to waste $60 a month. Suffice to say, I cancelled my membership. Hope you have better luck. read more

The doctors are good, but the wait on Saturdays is awful. It is almost always over an hour. They need two doctors on Saturdays. I signed in, got my hair cut, and have still been waiting for 45 minutes. My wife left when we were told an hour wait and went to Birkdale. They have 2 doctors. She has been adjusted at Birkdale and is now at home and I am still waiting to be seen at Mallard Creek location. When they tell you the wait time, double it. read more

Very clean - great staff - quick adjustment for those on tight schedule

I've been wanting to check this place out on the referral of a co-worker. I checked the website and read over reviews and found the best location for me. Today was the best day for me to visit the location. I arrived at the location at 5:44pm to my surprise the girl at the front desk tells me " we take our last first time patient at 5:30 and our hours our 10:00am-7:00pm." I replied I know the hours I've viewed them and nowhere online does it say new patients need to be there by a certain time. She didn't say anything thing else or check because it was empty. Simply said I won't go back to ever be a "first time anything there". Sorry traffic sucks and don't call yourself walk-in if you're truly not! read more

Haven't seen a dr here that I don't like! Dr spring is great though! They are always quick and I can go without an appointment! Starbucks is next door if there is a wait, the waiting area is comfy too! Such a great value for the monthly membership price! read more

I had the worst pain in my right shoulder for all weekend, couldn't sleep or bend my arm. All I could think of is the worst, I needed a Cortisone shot or a visit to the orthpedic Dr. I decided to try the chiropractor first. When I did, Dr. Vang knew exactly what it was and worked on it. The first visit gave me 50 % relief! Besides my regular adjustments I am so thankful for the knowledge and availability at the Joint! read more

I have had nothing but great experiences with the joint. I love the walk in style- it works for my busy schedule. The chiropractors are great and very friendly. After Taking a one month break I realize how much stress relief as well as back and full body relief I get from visiting regularly. They have a good deal with the monthly subscription- it's totally worth it! read more

Great hours and super quick appointments. Great if you have a busy schedule. The prices are also great. I've had chiropractors who do the same thing charge a lot more. read more

I moved back to the area & my previous chiropractor was fantastic but hard to get to from where we live & hard to get into because she's so busy. So I thought the multiple locations with the membership would be good for me given where I live & where I work & my chronic neck pain & headaches. Unfortunately I've had 3 different chiropractors at 2 different locations & only 1 (Dr Mason) has taken the time to actually take the time to assess & adjust the individual vertebrae that needed it. I've had Dr Allen more than once & while pleasant enough doesn't seem very skilled. I've actually come out feeling worse. I've not had Dr. Vang but you don't really have a choice in who you see. This is definitely a "turn & burn" business & generally doesn't provide the level of care I'm used to after many many years of chiropractic experience with several doctors in the various cities we've lived in. read more

I love The Joint Chiropractic at Mallard Creek. Dr. Vang, Dr. Allen and Dr. Sara genuinely care about my well being. Each and every visit they take the time to listen to my concerns and then act. I've been a bricklayer for 40 years a couple weeks ago my back went out I can barely walk. Went to one place on South Boulevard they said I need a three-month treatment in the whole plan will cost me $1,600. No appointment is needed, and there's a very short wait time if any. The Providers are direct and effective. I've avoided chiropractic management for years, and have passed this place many times; Starbucks is next door, etc... Now I look forward to each session. Dr. Thomas who is currently the main chiropractor at this location is amazing! Highly recommend! Super friendly and takes his time and gives a great adjustment! I love the walk-in process and there is usually not much of a wait. read more

I would give this place 5 stars but whomever is the elder receptionist of this location is no help whatsoever and rude, been here once before and have had a good time being greeted by a younger receptionist and treated a customer how they should. I have tried to get the care for my back and the elder keeps neglecting my visits multiple times because I have a voucher and "time." The point I'm getting is, the front of the lobby was not even busy, even the past few times I've visited at all and she keeps giving me smart ass answers. I have waited long enough and I'm a busy person, I try my best to make it on time before they close, and regardless whatever I say. Which makes no sense, I have had a membership there and the previous doctors have notes in the system. The location for Birkdale has provided me better service and was ALSO NOT RUDE, I have went there 15 minutes before they close and they were able to squeeze me in, even with my voucher that I have had. I hope whoever that person is give me a sincere apology, IF I EVER GO NEXT TIME. I'm not a first time patient lady, I know the hours ya'll close at. Stop being a smart ass, sorry I have school and work full time busting my ass to pay your hourly. read more
