Unacceptable customer service. The front desk "secretary" has a terrible attitude and is not courteous whatsoever. (edit: Picture added) - What an acceptable human being for your business. You can do better. Very bad representation for corporate.
I nicely contacted them to cancel my membership or workout some type of friendly agreement. Without my surprise, even the cancelation process is a hassle.
The very nice and courteous gentleman, sarcastically, kept smiling in my face to explain "the rules" this place has. Smirk after smirk - even to the point of telling a paying customer that I did not take care of my finances and proceeded to be the most rude, unprofessional and down-right a poor joke.
Quoted straight from his crude and unprofessional attitude "You are 34 years old and it is not my fault you do NOT know how to care of your finances." - FYI; I cannot even repeat some of the things this front desk assistant proceeded to talk to me.
As in any business, there are always some type of
"fine print/rules/terms and conditions" you should be very cautious of. This is definitely an establishment that is untrustworthy living off first time customers who do not come back - and as their "terms" state; you will be charged and keep getting charged. Regardless if you are using their services or not.
Proceeding to tell me that they are like "netflix"- you sign up and keep getting charged. Regardless if you are using it or not.
What a disgrace to have a business like this in our nice and friendly area. I suggest shopping around for other chiropractors, as they are not even Doctors. They love a quick sign-up, a quick credit charge, and they cannot not care less about you after.
We are October 25, 2024. I was told they tried to contact me twice in August after I first signed up. What a joke and a sad excuse of a wellness center. These are not professional and/or courteous towards their clients. Nor they do care about customer retention obviously. All that matters is what if they have your card on file - you will be charged.
EDIT (10/30/24) - Response to your thoughtful, generous reply and generic reply.

NO "Abusive behavior or language" was ever used. Crazy I have to explain the situation again.
Dr. Andrew Nichols is the only one who used so-called "abusive behavior" by putting his hands on me trying to push me out of the store. When all I was trying to do was prove a point to Dr. Andrew Nichols that a young man working at a center with this type of attitude is unacceptable and should be dealt with professionally.
As a professional and considering that the store was empty, it would have been smart for him to tell the young front desk employee to take a minute in the back. So that I myself, and the Doc could simply have a normal conservation which could lead to both parties being satisfied. But in retrospect, when I mentioned to Dr. Andrew Nichols that he should do something about his employees' attitude/communication skills and customer service. He proceeded to smile towards his employee and make a quirky remark.
The only "threats" made were by these two. Trying to scare me saying he would call security. I mean - let's be honest. At this point, I thought I was getting pranked.
In the end - be careful with whom you deal with. This could have gone into another direction, but these two were too busy making a joke of a customer. Therefore, I do wish you the best in the future as I know you will definitely need it. read more
