If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly has your best interests at heart, Francesca is definitely the one! She handled my tough situation with skill and grace, and ran circles around agents with decades of experience. TLSS: I was stuck in a contract with another agent, whom refused to let me out of the agreement even though I had technically signed a cancellation form- Im sure this was a purposeful shady tactic on their part to retain me, after a number of mistakes had been made early on and I was forced to delist/ return to renting the place. This agent had done the bare minimum and it showed, yet when I voiced my concerns, they responded by gaslighting me/ redirecting the blame. I was carrying two mortgages and was extremely stressed- their response to me was "not to worry, it will be sold soon". Very u professional to say when you have no offers. Enter Francesa: She shared several helpful suggestions /marketing ideas/ things that needed correction despite knowing there was nothing in it for her. She managed to light a fire under the other agents ass and made me feel like this was actually about me. It is clear to me the other agent is just in it for the money at this point, because I have voiced my displeasure several times and my wishes are ignored. This dynamic duo showed my home and when they left (between the two of them mind you) they left: ALL LIGHTS ON, ALL BLINDS PULLED UP COMPLETELY, AND HERE IS THE DOOZY...THREE DOORS WIDE OPEN...YES, YOU HEARD ME CORRECTLY. My lawn guy called me at 8:30 am Monday morning to inform me that I had three doors left open and asked if they were supposed to be open for someone. You could imagine my heart sinking and my entire body going numb. I had envisioned a break in, etc...If it wasn't for my lawn guy there, I have no idea what could have happened. I can't even imagine. Not only were THREE DOORS WIDE OPEN SO THAT ANYONE COULD ENTER AT ANY TIME, BUT THERE WERE ANOTHER TWO DOORS THAT WERE UNLOCKED (CLOSED BUT UNLOCKED). THIS IS AN 1800 SQ FT HOME THAT I HAD REMODELED COMPLETELY!!!!!! I can't even imagine someone (at pretty much any age) with half a brain, not making sure that at least all doors are locked, but they couldn't even do that, let alone all of the others things that were just too difficult for them to handle. These are two people I wouldn't trust to get my sandwich order right. Good thing for them my lawn guy saved them from a potential lawsuit that could have occurred. read more
