Julie has been my family's jeweler for many, many years... long before I became a member of the…read morefamily. My mother-in-law recommended Julie when both my engagement ring and my wedding band needed to be resized, as they are antique pieces, and I was not disappointed! My rings were returned in better condition than when we dropped them off. They were spotless, squeaky clean, polished and, of course, correctly sized. Recently, the emerald in my cherished wedding band became loose and, in a panic, (and unfortunately on a day Julie was closed) I decided to give another local jeweler a try. Big mistake. I was told my ring was beyond repair, that it should never have been sold to me, and that even a rebuild was not possible as my ring is 'out of style.' Upon returning to Julie's store, my concerns and anxiety were immediately eliminated! Not only did she work out a plan for repair of my ring, she also walked my husband and I through getting our wedding jewelry properly appraised and insured, in case of future accidents... something that hadn't even crossed our minds! We are both so thankful for Julie and for her constant professionalism, exceptional customer service, and her knowledge. Not everyone is an expensive jewelry connoisseur, and you won't be treated differently because of it at Julie's Jewels & Gifts. We will continue to recommend this shop to everyone in need of jewelry guidance and service.

I ordered a watch and it took a while so I tried to follow up with their number. I spoke with a lady and she is really unhelpful and rude with no empathy which is the main reason I'm giving 1 star rating. She said they don't sell anything online and they don't have my order. All I want is to confirm if I got scammed with the said website and let them know that there is an existing website that they should also report if it is not them. On my second phone call she is very irritated and that she doesn't want to fight me and slammed the phone. I'm so mad they just let scammers use their store name. I have called my credit card to sort it out and reported the website. Please don't order anything online on their website or social media page.
