When I called to let them know that we would be bringing the piano that weekend the owner was very rude and told me they would not take the piano unless we used their movers and charge me $375! I told him i was quoted $150 twice, as a fee to take the piano and use for parts. He hemmed and hawed about liability, told me he was no longer interested in our piano and HUNG UP ON ME!!! What an asshole!!! Now I am scrambling to try to find somewhere to take this piano as it has to be out of the house by this weekend. NEVER NEVER believe this company!!

For example, I brought in a Telecaster for a setup. The owner takes my guitar, spews out upcharges for work he says is needed (nope, did not need work), tags the guitar, hands me a ticket and only then tells me that the shop is backlogged and it will take 6-8 weeks for the set up. HUH? Other musician buddies shared the same experience. So, always ask how long will it take to get your instrument back..Better yet, go somewhere else!

After deciding to try a local music shop, the experience was extremely disappointing. As we entered…read morethe unlocked doors to this music store, we were asked to leave because they were closed. There was no signs stating the store was closed. In fact, the lights were on and people were playing some instruments. I must say though, the woman who asked us to leave was very kind and not rude in anyway. But, it would have been helpful to put a sign stating the store was closed or even write the hours on the door. At the least, they could lock the doors, because from the outside it looked open.
