DJ Pat has been doing most of our school events since 2022 and we love him! He brings such a positive, happy energy. We never have to worry about the music being appropriate or the kids being bored. Our students and families always have a fantastic time. He is also extremely communicative and is so easy to work with. I highly recommend him. read more

We recently hired The Jack Factory to liven up our RV show at the Auto Club Speedway. We didn't want loud dance music but soft fun music so guests could enjoy shopping for an RV. The Jack Factory did everything we asked! Always played our favorites and the crowd really enjoyed them. We look forward to having them back at our 68th Annual California RV Show next October at the Auto Club Speedway! Tom Gaither RVIA Show Director read more

Although I prefer not to write or say bad things about people (you never know what they might be going through at the moment), I would definitely think twice before hiring this company. Perhaps the DJ that was sent out just didn't like me, I don't know, but he was extremely rude to me and when my son and I walked up with a few requests on a piece of paper my son said that he took the paper and used it to place his wet drink on. Then at the end of the event, I asked him to play two songs for me, granted we only had five minutes left on our contact, but he pointed and tapped on his watch and told me to bad, no time left. Seriously, that is pretty bad/rude. So I hope this review doesn't come across like I'm bashing the DJ personally, but more as a reflection of the kind of service that was provided. read more

If I could cry virtual tears for this review I would. My daughter's birthday party was planned last minute. I contacted this company for kids entertainment. I tend to usually do all the games with the kids for my kids party. The last few years it's been convenient and pleasant for the kids to be entertained by a professional. I contacted The Jack Factory and gave the deposit. My daughter loves to dance and was super thrilled the Dj was going to play games and have a bubble machine. I completed a form they sent via email requesting information about the party and genre of song we wanted to play. They send me a text 20mins before entertainment was scheduled to begin that he wasn't going to make it. He said "sorry for the inconvenience and that a refund would be sent." Words can't describe how disappointed we felt. I would never hire this company. The fact he messaged be minutes after he was suppose to set up and provided no explanation was puzzling to me. To say the least, unprofessional and disappointing. read more

We really enjoyed having Jack Factory as our DJ/MC service for our Flashback Friday's event and our Halloween Fright Night at Sixty6 Bar in Rancho Cucamonga. Our guests danced to the music DJ Pat played the entire night and they are still talking about how excellent his energy and music selection was.We will definitely recommend you to others and have you join us again for our future events. Thank you again for making our night super fun! read more

DJ Pat D is AMAZING! He came and did the 4th of July party for our church; all I can say is, WOW! He seriously thought of everything. He had fun games for the kids to play and did an excellent job of keeping the party going and everyone entertained. This guy is legit. He is a real pro. He actually used to DJ on 99.1 (KGGI quadruples the music!) back in the day. By the end of the event I was exhausted from all the activity but Pat was still going strong and seemed to have boundless energy. What a great guy! I can't wait to have him come out again for our next event. read more

We had Jack Factory Emcee/DJ our last 2 Knott's Berry Farm Company events. This year we had the pleasure of having Pat D do the DJ'ing and Mark was our Emcee. They both did and incredible job. They were both easy to deal with even though we had some last minute changes to our program. They knew how to keep our 150+ kids entertained with games and dancing. We will definitely hire them again. read more

Pat did a great job DJing our 3 year old's BDay party. Would definitely hire him again.

Had Pat as the DJ for my daughter's birthday party. He was really accommodating and was able to have all the kids up and dancing and playing games with his up beat music and interacting games and various activities! The light show and the remix of my daughter's name was SUPER cool! Although I had lots of other entertainment, my daughter told me the DJ show was the BEST! read more

Pat was DJ at our prom for disabled adults. This was the second time, and we were just as thrilled as the first. He keeps the crowd involved, plays contemporary and popular music to dance to, and his lights are a fun display during the evening. His interaction was appropriate for the event. We look forward to having him back for the next event. read more

I hired this company for a big summer pool party at my house with kids ranging in ages from 2-14. They all had a blast! The bubble machine was also a hit. I received many compliments from parents regarding the DJ's engagement with the children and also keeping the atmosphere fun with great music that was very kid friendly. Pat was great- I highly recommend. :) read more

Pat DJ'd an event at the preschool I work at/my children go to. It was a large end-of-year party with well over a hundred children under age 6 and their families. DJ Pat made for such a fun event - from interacting with the children through games and music and thrilling them with a bubble machine, everyone was entertained. There was constantly a group of children on the dance floor and he played great music, including current (appropriate) music, and popular good old fashioned kids songs too. The kids were thrilled and it was amazing to have entertainment at the school party. The parents loved it too - some dancing with their children and others just happily watching them dance and play. I gave little direction and Pat knew just what was appropriate for our event. I intend to use Jack factory (hopefully DJ Pat) again. read more

Used Dj Pat this past Saturday and he was great! His equipment is awesome. We ask for specific requests on his fill out form (bubble machine, Hoola hoop contest, freeze tag, Spanish music, kids music, super hero music, special request songs and on and on) and he delivered on everything. Kids and adults were entertained and my daughter felt very special. Would definitely use again! Thanks Dj Pat! read more

We have used The Jack Factory's services for three events and have asked him to return for a fourth event. When presented with a playlist, he is flexible and is willing to follow the playlist or even make adjustments when needed. He is easy to communicate with and will meet all of your expectations. DJ Pat also reads the crowd very well and can tell when the playlist or songs need to change in order to create more engagement at the event. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a professional, reasonably priced DJ. read more

Pat dj'd for my husband's birthday party and did such an awesome job! We really enjoyed having him help us with the music. He also played the music selection that we requested, was uber professional, showed up on time to set up and got the crowd going. Everybody had a great time and the music really made the party. Thanks again Pat for everything! read more

This review has been a long time coming....This is our 3rd year using Jack Factory for our elementary school dances. We've been through different DJ's and he is by far the best one at entertaining children so once we found "the one", he's been our go-to. I've never had to screen the song list or advise him what to do. He always has child appropriate music and a great mix of nostalgic music for the adults (Father Daughter Dance and Mother Son Dances). He's great at getting the adults involved in the games and interacting with their children. Highly recommend. read more

Another 5, 10, 20 star business. I had him for my son's 5th birthday in August of 2017, and I couldn't of made a better choice. I'm very picky to begin with, and even more so when it comes to my babies and their milestones. I wanted the perfect DJ for my perfect Prince, and that's what I got. I'm picky about music too, and everything I wanted and didn't want. No sponge blob, or stupid turtles, or lame power rangers garbage. Pat played exactly what I wanted, and entertained the kids perfectly. From the lights to the bubbles to the games, it was an amazing time for everyone. I am so Happy and I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. Thanks Pat, see u soon!!!! read more

This company is beyond amazing with kids! For the last 3-4yrs we hold a HUGE free community event for kids in Redlands over summer and one thing we know for sure is hiring this company to come out for the last day of camp is the best way to end it! He is so easy to work with, especially when engaging with hundreds of kids within a short time frame to ensure they are all having fun! The DJ is on time, courteous and professional. He plays age appropriate music and really lets the kids have fun and we are constantly told it is one of the best days of the week when they attend our camp! I love the Jack Factory and Patrick! I met him while doing an Outreach event for the nonprofit I work for and he had the kids crowding around him!! We hired him for a run that we do as our largest fundraising event and each year we get great reviews. The event is a family event but includes kids and adults so a variety of activities and music is necessary to keep the event going and everyone happy! He always has a great playlist that we are always welcome to change if we want to and some great activities for the kids! read more

Horrible!! As part of a parent committee for our 5th Grade children's end of year dance prior to going to middle school, we hired this company to DJ the dance. An inquiry email was sent requesting availability and price that had mistakenly had the event for 6/11. A follow up email corrected with the date of 6/10 and a contract signed for services required on 6/10 was made with a deposit of $140. Another email sent to confirm for 6/10. Come 6/10, he didn't show up. The contact person called him and asked where he was and he told her he wasn't supposed to be there til the next day. She sent him a screenshot of the signed contract for the 10th he replied with the inquiry email of the 11th. He said he would do a further event, but hello, this was their end of school year dance. He refused to give the deposit back. Many disappointed children and frustrated parents who wanted to provide an entertaining and memorable event for outgoing students. read more

We used Jack Factory for an event for kids at the mall and he kept the kids entertained and up out of their chairs for 2 Hours. He was great with the kids and connected so well with them. When the event was over, I asked him if he was available for another event in a few weeks and thank goodness he was. Again a top notch DJ who kept families having fun, dancing and he MC'd our pet costume contest too. He'll definitely be back the next time I need a great event DJ! read more

We love Jack Factory DJ!!! We hired Pat to DJ our schools first Fall Festival and he was a solid hit with the kids! Prior to hiring him we had a million questions and request; particularly since it was a school event; and he responding to every email/text promptly, supplied what ever information we needed and even helped with suggestions. By the end of the evening even the Principal noted that we needed to keep his name and number handy for future events! His interaction with the kids was on point and the music line-up had the kids dancing for the entire night. Awesome job Pat! read more

We absolutely loved Pat and his DJ services at our first Father Daughter Dance at our VG Kidz Club at Victoria Gardens. The music selections were just perfect for the entire family. Pat was able to get both parents and children up and moving and really moving with some incredible nostalgic and top 40 hits. My favorite was the various games that were intertwined between musical sets. This gave me some personal time to rest from dancing in between the musical sets. All the members and all parents were welcomed to join us and DJ Pat made it memorable. As our program is for Victoria Gardens the VG Kidz Club which is a monthly program we strive to hire the best professionals. His setup was very tidy, neat and classic. MC details were right on the mark. Just excellent...we definitely will continue to use his services in the future. read more
