We did not trust the stylist to fix it, as he felt he did a good job so we requested a full refund so we could have it fixed elsewhere. I was only able to get a partial refund from the stylist, the manager refused to talk to me, and I left a message for the owner who has not called me back. I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism by the stylist and their management. I would not recommend using their service.

I'm pretty fussy when it comes to my hair but the stylist there nailed it. It's a small salon but I still was able to walk in and get a cut and partial highlights. It's not the type of place where you'll find a young apprentice sweeping up your hair, you can tell this is a down-to-earth, family run buisness. I would recommend this place to anyone and next time I plan a visit to Beaumont I'll be skipping my regular salon visit and go here instead.
