It's been three years since I stumbled upon Little Strand and I can't say enough about this classy establishment. Real TLC goes into every step of the process from the moment I walk through the door and have a coffee made for me just the way I like it to the final snips my stylist makes to have my hair look obsessively even and perfect. There is no reason given, and although I understand things happen and come up, it doesn't reflect well on the business if I can't rely on them to consistently make their appointments. Although I intend to return to get my haircut this time, I'm not sure that I will continue to come back if appointments keep getting moved like this.

Chrome is the sister salon to Beauty Lounge on Jasper, both salons are owned by William Halabi. William is amazing with his customer service, even as he takes care of his own clients he makes sure that he is overlooking everyone to make sure we are all satisfied and that his employees are doing ok as well. Flint has been around for a long time but everything is always a learning experience and he is so open to taking advice from William to make sure that his clients are satisfied. I love that they do not try to push product sales. I recommend everyone call them even during the pandemic they are very careful and organized.

Shocking how bad the haircut was and then the Owner kicked me out, with wet hair, because I complained about the cut not being what I asked for and asking for my haircut to be fixed. (See pics) William the Owner accused me of belittling the staff and was verbally abusive toward me. That is not who I am and I did not speak badly to anyone. And in case anyone says otherwise, the entire interaction was captured on video when I documented the haircut. The Owner is highly unprofessional and has no business ethics. Apalling behavior. No one deserves to be treated that way. I do not recommend Chrome Salon. Original Review: Sierra is the best! She really listens to how you want your hair to look, then does it! Her haircuts last!
