I recently received my annual homeowners renewal notice and decided now would be a good time to shop around. Especially since they were increasing my premium- not a huge increase but nonetheless an increase and like everyone I want to be smart with my money. I decided to call an independent agency as they will do all the leg work for you, compare companies and find the best coverage for your situation. I called Philleo Agency Insurance in Brookfield and what a stroke of luck that was! Jenna Starr took my call and listened to what I needed. She asked me many detailed questions about my home and current coverage. Then she asked me to send over my current insurance company's declaration of coverage so that she could do a thorough comparison. After 3 days Jenna called me and was excited to tell Me she found me some great coverage, for BOTH my home and car, much more than I currently had and for less money. She emailed me The paperwork so we could review it. Then a few days later we met in her office and went over all the coverage and numbers. I was amazed at the increase in coverage including a one million dollar umbrella policy and it cost me much less- Than I was currently paying. The company I am now with is A+ rated too. Philleo is a small agency and I like the fact that they actually have an office that I can walk into and talk to my agent.
