WIHIA helped our business in a big way. We were using a different agent who was only able to quote…read moreus a few plans, and we weren't terribly impressed with the one we had. We had problems with the company and the old agent couldn't really do much to help us. We switched to Wisconsin Health Insurance Advocate and Sadie was able to quote us more plans we hadn't been told about before, and got us enrolled in a co-pay plan that the employees like better and costs the business less. She's even helping us figure out how to negotiate down an employee's medical bill that seems to have an error on it. When we had new employees she responded to our request for help in no time at all. I've never met someone more knowledgeable about this insurance market, or more consumer-focused, and I work in healthcare!

I hope he can improve himself and recover his rating after being cruel to me, I am not out to see anything but positive outcomes. I also want to say that I have seen amazing things after prayer to God and I hope that helps everyone. God bless all who accept that blessing.

An advisor comes to the waiting room and looks around a bit for the next person to help and chooses the person with the highest numbers on their necklaces. This commercial reminded me of my experience at IAG. Of all the clients my advisor helped, I believe that I was "low man", the one with the least amount of money invested and probably the least amount of potential earnings for the future. While visits with my advisor were friendly and informative, I never developed a feeling of ease nor compassionate understanding on the part of my advisor regarding my situation. I don't know that I felt "heard". After a while of experiencing this, I needed some fresh air. I guess even the surroundings of finery and bling, in my opinion, were not very welcoming. Random pronouncements of Christian mission seemed incongruous with the advisor's attitude toward me.
