Jonny and his wife are so nice and explain everything, they really made me comfortable with my decision. The price was amazing! Onto the home inspection, Jonny went out to the property and inspected from top to bottom, my report was 38 pages, everything was explained in great detail~ this was on a new construction home. The report was in color, included pictures, it was very organized and easy to comprehend. I got my report via email. The builder was happy to fix any issues and was pleased at the layout and organization of the report. They knew exactly what needed to get done.
