But I was at the end of my business rope and getting worse so I took a gamble and called Contractors Coach. After an interview describing my issues they set me up with Tom Pearson and honestly, it changed my business life (which changed my personal life). Today is May 29, 2024 and everything has changed. I have paid my (I kid you NOT) secondary note off, have gone from negative financial numbers to a gross profit of 30%, total expenses under 14%, and a net income of over 15%. Here's a tip, if you don't understand what these numbers mean (like I didn't 6 months ago) you will continue to struggle. Among other things, Tom taught me to read my financials which helped me understand what was wrong and what was right.
