As I stated in my first review, they never even asked me for my insurance card... only telling me when I got there that they didn't need to even see my insurance card! I have no reason to make this up, as I am now out of quite a bit of money because of the negligence and unprofessional front desk personnel. If they do, in fact, have qualified office staff to verify insurance for patients, they aren't doing their job very well, or in my case, at all.

At the car I felt four needles still remaining in my scalp at the top of my head. I immediately returned to the office and asked the receptionist to see Dr. Han. While filling out the first visit form I was wondering what sticking needles into me would do, I thought about walking out. If I walked out I would have made a big mistake!
