She explained the process and how to take care of the piercings thoroughly. They do use the tool that punctures your ears and not a needle, which I know some people don't like. It wasn't a completely painless experience but I didn't expect it to be and roughly six months since then my ears look good and feel fine. I only got a very basic second hole piercing, so I don't know what they do for more complicated things, but I had a good experience here.

This was my fault for not leaving and going somewhere professional) Second I have had my ears pierced before but this place was awful. The stupid gun is malfunctioned or something. When they tried removing it they were struggling.. idiots probably assumed I can bear with the paid. I had to check if I still had my ear intact. After ear piercing: Day 1 the ear was swelling and throbbing. I was in serious pain. So I took 800mg ibuprofen and did a ice pack. It felt better Day 2- 3: pain was still there. Swelling and throbbing pain. I continue taking ibuprofen and ice pack. Day 4: my ear was was swollen. I decided to take out the earring however it was stuck in my ear with the swollen. I ended up going to the ER and they said the place I may have went to probably didn't clean the gun or didn't pierced the right way. My piercing was infected so bad. They drain nasty puss. They removed the earring and gave me antibiotics. I will NEVER EVER come back here. I loved this company. After this painful experience I will never shop here.
