This place has the system where your winning points are stored to a card, like Dave and Busters, and one guy in our group had a good 10,000 points on it. Some of the points were from an awesome victory of knocking over a coin tower on that game that takes more patience than I have to get all the coins at the edge. Sadly, he left his card behind on accident, which ended up getting stolen. The great news is the staff handled it quickly. They were able to transfer his points to another card before it was used and gave him free movie and food vouchers. What outstanding customer service! I will have to return for some bowling, and it looks like they have virtual reality activities as well. The prices seem pretty reasonable compared to several of the competitors.
