But as my career escalated and my family grew, my spare time almost became non existent. So back in 2010 I walked in this small little place and found a huge surprise. Mike's gym was producing large amounts of men and women for body building and fitness completions. Not to mention taking the over weight and out-a-shape regular folks like myself and making us ready for swimsuit season again. I became amazed that it was people of all ages and body types that walked thru the door and were just looking to improve themselves. I bought 12 / 1 hour sessions With one of the trainers and Mike made me personalized meal plan. After 3 weeks we took measurements and body fat %. I was excited that I was quickly moving in the right direction so I got a new meal plan and now I'm feeling better and my wife is checking me out more and more. I really can't speak highly enough about this place. The good attitude from his staff and the quality of the training greatly surpasses the price.

I say this because she not only helped me with my eating/healthy lifestyle, she also genuinely cared when I brought up things I was worried about regarding weight gain. She is friendly and easy to work with. She made me feel comfortable and throughout this journey, I was able to regain control of my body and the food I eat. I started her program because I was stuffing myself (emotional eating) and eating unhealthy in general. I gained a lot of weight because of that and some days I would starve myself and end up eating more in the evenings. I tried a lot of things myself but it didn't work and I knew I had to change my lifestyle asap. I was serious to make the changes needed. Samina provided me with guidelines and things I should work on and I followed through. She answered my questions promptly and really helped me to find what works for me and what I can do. It wasn't difficult, since it was tailored to my schedule. Now I rarely crave junk food, I found better food alternatives, I don't stuff myself anymore, and I am in a much better place with food. I don't get bloating problems much and I feel more active with energy. I'm sure everyone is different but if you are willing to put effort in and make changes then she is the person to go to. I feel very thankful for her and I am proud of myself as well!

Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I was referred to Michael through a fitness competition…read morefriend, Kaylee Flanagan about a year ago. Michael started off by getting me lean for a fitness photo shoot and I couldn't believe that I didn't have to diet as hard and miserably like all of my previous coaches had me doing. My meal plan involved lots of good/healthy fats and carbs. There is lots of variety and there is something to be said about his patience with me on foods I don't like and how to workout around my super hectic schedule. I have since then adopted him as my person mentor. As a fitness competitor, mother of two, business owner, fitness magazine columnist, and more I really need someone to help me gain a wider perspective on my goals (what and when should I be pursuing certain projects). He always gives me the answer I need by asking me questions that help me to answer my own question...does that make since?? lol At the moment I have 8 of my personal training clients/friends going to see him and their results are ASTONISHING! I assume that my clients get tired of hearing me tell them that they "can workout in the gym all day, but if you are not eating right, you will never see that beautiful, hard, lean muscle" which is why they began working with him. I'm certain that not one of them regret going to see him! Highly highly HIIIIIIGHLY recommended!

When he began seeing Michael, he was on insulin and 70 pounds overweight. After a year [maybe less, actually], he was at 6% body fat, exercising regularly and so much happier. And hot. Very, very hot. Bonus. As to my experience, he was able to help me and our 14 year old daughter learn how to read food product labels, understand what they are really indicating about the 'food' in the container and how that affects the body. Thinking in terms of physiology and body chemistry and how it works or hurts. He was able to offer better meal suggestions even for our super-choosey eater who believed she could live on chicken nuggets, chocolate and mac n cheese alone. And she actually liked some of them. SHOCKER. While pregnant the last time around, which was ironically not very long ago, I had some worries about avoiding gestational diabetes and keeping my blood pressure where it needed to be. I went to see him and asked about some specific issues and he was able to point to what I was eating and offer suggestions to get the changes I wanted to see. Following the meal plan and suggestions he made, I didn't develop either of those issues, nor any others and ended up giving his contact info to my midwives. I have referred friends struggling with all sorts of body, food and beverage issues. Every one of them has had a positive experience. So my point in writing this review is to express the sheer diversity of counsel that Michael can offer. In my family, those of us who are grateful for this represent: - pregnant women aiming for healthy babies and natural births - choosey teens who need to learn what they can tolerate and still achieve some sort of balanced nutrition and - adult men who want to want to refocus and see real health and muscle mass results Our family loves Michael Florida and what he has been able to do for us.
