TED - that's what he goes by - was PHENOMENAL!! This guy took me in even though I was 30mins late and answered all my questions. Even the answers or things he could not do for me, he literally gave me all the information I needed to take care of things. Last but not least, the price - affordable on all levels. Got three legal documents all for $200. No charge for the consultation! In a place where professionals are always charging to make money, TED is definitely a resource for "The People." If you have any issues go talk to him. And if you speak Spanish, even better. For a Caucasian male, TED is comfortable speaking both languages. If you're in the neighborhood or need a good lawyer; This is the guy for you!!!

Also worth noting that I followed up five months following that to confirm it was done, he said it should still happen because of the pandemic it was taking a while. He did zero-research and he was wrong. Now I have to pay for his mistakes. Tom does not like questions as it requires him to respond in a timely manner which his it appears he is lacking communication skills. Unless it is going to make him a substantial amount of money he doesn't want to respond and don't expect details--five word answers all day long. He will be your registered agent, but made it feel I was wasting his time. When I told him I used my other real estate attorney because I HAD TO SWITCH, he tells me "I am glad you found someone that would work for $200 a year". Funny thing is he works for $110/year so he must want the business...? The goal was to align with a young professional to build a long-term working relationship with. Lesson-learned, you are better-off with experience and if you feel something is off in the beginning--act on that feeling, trust your gut.

My husband worked with another lawyer before but knowing the complexity of our case, we knew we had to work with a professional and someone we both could trust. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and transparent - he walked us through every step of our complex case and never BS'ed anything. We felt like Robert was as vested in our success as we were and that's saying a lot during this current time period. Robert walked us through the paperwork, the documents we needed to prepare, the interviews and how they would proceed so we were as prepared as possible. We can now say after 4 years of working with Robert on our case, my husband was approved for his green card today and we are another success story for Robert and his team! Our only concern is having to bring him along on future travels as he is THAT engaged in our case that we would HAVE to bring our attorney to celebrate with us :D Thank you Robert a thousand times over again - we would not be here today without you!

I could never get any questions answered regarding the property i.e. what storage unit accompanies the unit, do the sellers have a tax homestead exemption in place. I would literally have to ask multiple times, week after week and all I would hear in response is 'the sellers aren't communicative'. So I would then have to call the property manager of the condos or the county tax assessor to find the answers myself! She could have done that but apparently that is too much work for her too! Oh, and she NEVER even checked to make sure a homestead exemption was in place! Apparently that is too much work for her as well! Not only that but a couple days before closing I made her aware I needed the closing statement by Tuesday so I had time to review it and go to the bank for a cashiers check to close on Tuesday......she had it and never forwarded it to me! And never communicated the situation to the other parties! Literally all she did was had the sellers agree to pay their taxes and not even for their entire stay! That was a total rip off......I could have done what she did myself and done it better. Look elsewhere, this was beyond a bad experience.
