The person I spoke to on the phone from this location was super friendly and polite and let me know that I could come in at any time with my HireRight info and I didn't need an appointment. They are open 24/7 for drug screenings as well, which was super convenient. When I arrived around 7 am on a weekday, I forwarded my email from HireRight to an email address provided, then filled out some paperwork. The wait was a bit longer than I had anticipated - about 15 minutes or so, but I wasn't in a huge hurry. The tech called me back and explained the process thoroughly. I appreciated the information given about the process, and the two employees I worked with answered all my questions about the test and its results. They were professional and kind and I was happy with the experience. I'd never had to do a drug screening of any kind so I appreciated that they walked me through everything. We don't event use the service but were trapped in the garage because cars were backed up to the street waiting for Valet. This coupled with constant problems with the elevator service in the parking garage just manages to raise stress levels for patients trying to keep appointments when they are already dealing with very stressful health issues.
