The Dr. was able to get me into a crown appointment in 2 days, which was great. I was told the next day the dentist became ill and I would not be able to get in for a few weeks. They said they can look at the schedule and see if they can get me in... That also did not happen and I had to call to follow up on what they said they were going to do. I dunno for something emergent going on they are treating this absolutely not emergent. I hope I don't end up with endocarditis. I would love to try another place but given I just had x rays done here I'm already established I'm stuck. If this is how Dentists of Wash Park deals with their patients it seems like they truly don't care. I get it we all get sick, but the lack of urgency or wanting to follow up leaves me kinda not liking the moral of this business.

They understood how much anxiety I have towards getting a crown and sat down and explained everything in full detail of what I should expect that day and explained in full detail all the costs associated with the procedure. They eased my anxiety and now I'm not nearly as nervous as I was before. I think that says a lot about a dentist practice that understands you as a person and takes the time to sit with you.
