It's always a pleasure to stop by, browse the stores and enjoy the beautiful water feature they have. My spouse would vote for Tesla and Barnes & Noble as being the best for shopping. If you get hungry, a stop at Haagen Dazs is highly recommended. Parking is easy here and the stores have friendly and helpful staff. The area has many restaurants and the mall is very quiet and peaceful. If you're ready for world class shopping or just want to enjoy the atmosphere, a trip to Waterside Shops is a must do.

Last week I bought an item for $166.00. The next day a few doors down I saw the same exact shirt for $108.00 since I had the receipt in my purse I went back to Katheryn's . Katheryn was out of sight but I heard say "tell her to bring it back and go buy it there". I returned the next day with the shirt and asked to talk to Katheryn ,I was curious why she would want to lose a customer and be so offensive & This time they said "she's in a meeting. I have realized that Katheryn obviously doesn't want a customer who cares about $56.00, even though I was willing to buy the shirt in the first place and have purchased numerous things in her store. I do not price compare I am happy to find what I like and buy it, however this was such a blatant discrepancy, I thought there's a mistake somewhere, never dreaming Katheryn would make her clothes up to that degree, clearly I was wrong. A person who cares about $56.00 is not the customer she wants to cultivate, or even respects enough to respond in person. Her message was loud and clear! Thankfully there are many lovely stores in Naples that won't send this message.

I don't shop here daily, I can't afford it but I've been here for special occasions and I had luck connecting with a stylist. They have a lot of designer brands, a lot of brands that you won't find in the local mall, and I will say that the buy is very curated for the SWFL woman. I have a good relationship with my stylist and she invited me to a piercing event with a celebrity piercer. I made an appointment and I loved my experience. I know my experience is not the same as others but I do enjoy my time there.
