I have never had The Human Bean before and I was so excited to try it!! The energy drink was really fun because it had raspberry puree and the shaken espresso was good but a little weak, overall both were good! The girls working were super friendly and made sure to come out to take the order so we could get our drinks faster! I love Human Bean! For a drive-through coffee shop, this is the best. I like going to Starbucks for a dining room, but the coffee here is actually better. The regular coffee is good and the specialty drinks are much more creative and balanced than the typical SB drinks. This location has two lines on either side of the coffee hut and they move the line pretty quickly when I have been there. The service is exceptionally better than the other typical places. I am always impressed with how friendly the employees are and this is consistent with all their locations. I will continue to come to this location because it is close to my house, but mostly because I love their coffee! read more

I'm a loyal customer to Human Bean but won't be going back to this location. The baristas can never make a consistent drink across the board. The drive thru is atrocious and takes 15-20min to get a drink. I had my mother in law in town visiting and took her here because I love the coffee (when made correctly), but one barista was very rude and told us we could not park a car and order at the window since that was considered "cutting in line" and only for walk ups/bikers then pointed us to the sign. We wanted to enjoy the outdoor dining on a cool Saturday morning since we were not local so we left. The vibe was unsettling and embarrassing. I'm not a big coffee fan. Really only like frozen and/or flavored coffees. But, this place could has me going weekly! I think they put Starbucks to shame. Love the hazelnut granita with whip cream & caramel drizzle! My absolute favorite and it never disappoints!! read more

Wait was way to long. I had my first and last visit to this establishment. Whenever I drove by previously there was a huge line which made me think that it must be good. I decided to give them a try and ended up waiting for 30 minutes just to leave frustrated with no coffee. Maybe this place is fine if you are willing to waste a ton of your time for an overpriced coffee. Maybe the human bean can fine tune their processes and or systems to avoid these kinds of long wait times. read more

Takes forever to get your order. The woman taking the order tried to do it from memory and forgot 3 items. Then another lady went to ring us out and gave us an attitude when we told her the order was incomplete.... Spend your money and time elswhere. read more

Could not be more frustrated with the set up. 15 minutes for a coffee with 1, one, ONE car in front of me is ridiculous! They need an intercom so that people can order ahead of getting to the window, not pull-up chat, ask what's good? Decide, place their order and then wait. There needs to be some sort of organization here. I ended up leaving & will probably never be going back.... crowds are one thing but that was unbelievable. read more

We love the Human Bean and were so excited when the Windsor location opened. But we will be back to driving to Loveland due to the extremely slow service at the Windsor location. We just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of uslfor the last time. We are Loveland bound from here on out. read more

This is the slowest coffee place I have ever been to. I keep hoping it was just working out kinks since it was just built, but it continually takes longer and longer. A short wait has been 10-15 minutes for 1 drink with one person in front of us. read more

Their frozen hot chocolate is out of this world! It's made with delicious chocolate milk, chocolate sauce, and I'm not sure what else, but I'm fairly sure it's blessed by a unicorn before being served. It's never watery or bland, just full of great flavor. Perfect for kids and adults alike! read more
