Pete set up a home estimate, a consultation with a home staging expert, photography, videography, and virtual tour capture within days of contact. He made sure we could get maximum impact within our set time frame and with minimal preparation cost. We were show-ready and listed in a week and a half. Private showings went smoothly and were grouped together to make sure we weren't too inconvenienced when we had to vacate. When you're in the middle of both buying and selling a home, it's really nice to have someone value your time! Our house was marked as a Hot Home on Redfin right off the bat and we received multiple offers well over asking within 4 days of listing. Post-sale process was smooth and communication remained excellent throughout. Escrow closed right on time and with no issues whatsoever. Pete even went the extra mile and took care of the house even after we'd moved out of state before closing. It's invaluable to have a real estate agent that really knows the neighborhood and can make a property really shine. Pete works his butt off for you, really listens to your priorities, never pressures you to make one decision over another, and gets top dollar. I wouldn't dream of going with any other agent in the West LA area!

I am going to try. I was a first-time buyer without a clue. Jennifer was both an expert navigator of the complicated maze of home-buying and a compassionate, supportive partner in the process. Her expertise encompassed both exceptional knowledge of the system and a natural ability to work collaboratively. She knew how to be gentle when I needed it and strong when I needed that. She intuitively foresaw any pitfalls in the process so they could be avoided and referred me to a top-notch team of professionals, e.g. mortgage broker, insurance broker, etc. She patiently explained every step of the journey and had creative solutions for every roadblock I encountered. All I had to do was follow the steps. As a licensed psychologist, I couldn't have asked for a more therapeutic partner than Jennifer. My awe of and confidence in her is off the charts. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Our brief to Jodi was very specific: a move-in ready house with expansion potential (I am a designer and have plans to remodel the house in a few years so was looking for a house which was not recently remodeled too). We do not live in Los Angeles and would not be able to visit frequently to look at properties. We found Jodi through her amazing reviews on the web, but quickly developed a relationship and grew to trust her. She is incredibly smart, has her pulse right on the market, understands client needs, and is an incredibly tireless agent who goes above and beyond to provide great service. She patiently showed us numerous properties and neighborhoods through face time, going into the most minute of details while giving us our tours. She was able to gauge investment potential, expansion etc extremely sharply . We grew to respect and trust her opinion so much we actually put an offer and got our house all without even visiting LA (we saw the property after our offer was accepted and it was amazing how much detail she had given us over our phone and facetime calls). Jodi also acted as our leasing agent, worked through a pretty major hiccup with the first potential renter and got us another one in record time. She maintains excellent relationships and the vendors she recommends are all of high quality and trustworthy. I would recommend Jodi wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy in the LA area - she really is special!

We're first-time buyers in the heated South Bay market. After sitting on the sidelines for many…read moreyears, we decided to finally get serious about a purchase, and found that Cindy had strong experience with the neighborhood where we lived and wanted to buy. Our criteria were pretty specific, as we wanted to stay within the elementary school district where our son attended school, and half of the properties in that district were of a style we weren't interested in. We were afraid that we'd exasperate any Realtor who would work with us in our quest. Cindy was understanding, paid good attention to what we were interested in, and took note of the nuances we were seeking. We looked at several properties that were in the district, those that excited us from the online pictures, and those that didn't, just to calibrate her, and us, on what we wanted. She was patient with us even when we found a property that, on paper, seemed to have everything we wanted, but just didn't quite have the spark we were looking for. Shortly thereafter, The One came along, and we finally put in our first offer. Cindy's knowledge of the neighborhood, of the listing agent's strategies, and her connection with an expedient lender all helped us put in a solid offer. This was a case of the home being listed on Friday, viewing on Saturday, offering on Monday, and countering against 4 others on Tuesday. We think without Cindy's guidance and experience, we would not have been accepted, but we managed to get the house that we feel thrilled to now own. She helped us navigate the whirlwind of forms, policies, and negotiations that follow between acceptance of the offer and close of escrow. This was a particularly expedited escrow, which was intimidating for us who had no experience with the process. In retrospect, we can see that there was a lot of legwork that Cindy did behind the scenes to ensure we had a smooth experience getting to closing. I admit that I previously had thought, "how hard is it for someone to show me a house I can find online?", but I know there is no way we could have navigated this process successfully in a cut-throat market with exhausting deadlines without someone with Cindy's expertise. She's determined, truly cares about her clients, and plays to win. We highly recommend having her on your team!
