Trust me, all in a good way though! The work-outs can leave you sweating buckets but feeling energized and inspired. She is a master at using your body weight and I love the ability for her to come to my home if your within the area. I spent a…read morefew days online looking for trainers, talking to them about what I was looking for and needed (I'm a little bratty and don't take direction very well and needed someone who could put me in my place but still have fun) and pricing. I had lined up 7 trainers to meet with during the week. My first appointment was with Stef from PPT. She was literally everything I was looking for and needed. Something in my gut told me to go with her and not even bother with the rest and that's exactly what I did. I have absolutely no regrets. I trained with Stef from the beginning of June until the end of September. In that time I managed to lose just over 30lbs. She was with me every step of the way. Our sessions were challenging but fun. When it came to the food she never missed a beat. Always ready to help, even when I went to restaurants and didn't know what to order off the menu. She went above and beyond to help push me every single day. Even on those days when I was just ready to give up. She never cancelled on me and made sure I never cancelled on her (even though there were times I really wanted to lol) if it wasn't for financial reasons I would still train with Stef up until this day. She gave me the skills and information I needed to know so that I can make better food choices. Before I met her all I ate was pasta. Now I know how to plan a healthy meal and still feel satisfied without the pasta. She helped me gain the confidence I needed to go to the gym on my own and feel comfortable using the different equipment. She has changed my life and still continues to be my number one supporter in my weight loss goals now that I'm doing it on my own.
