My conditions are many any quite debilitating and severe. I only complained after my forth attempt to get the remainder of my prescription, which I never received and was sabotaged to prevent me from recieving. I suffered extreme withdraw and several falls due to dependence. It was a very shaming and embarrassing situation and I was hurt, physically, mentally, and condition much worsened​.
