Aside from the usual suspects they have some wonderful calamari, not to be missed if they have them when you're in, and a dessert counter with some goodies. In the end this is a fish and chips place though, so be in the mood for that if your'e popping in. On that front, I won't say they're the best I've ever had sadly, so I wouldn't drive through the city to get them, but they are very good and I've happily been here quite a few times. Ther service in the back is always friendly, but you may have to be a bit patient... given the relatively small size of the place there's not alway a server in there with you, but it's never really caused a problem... just something to be aware of. Ordered two lattes and an order of sticky toffee pudding with custard. Pure heaven on a plate! Nicely warm, with an excellent toffee sauce and a marvelous custard drizzled over everything. The lattes were also superb, without bitterness. The two doughnuts we saved and ate for a snack later that evening. They traveled well in the backpack and were great with a bit of tea.
