Someone named Autumn greeted me and she was such a huge help. She showed me that they have factory seconds in the back so I was able to get a Mardi Gras edition of a 12 inch skillet for $25, plus that $5 skillet and some kids. I asked someone else how to season my pan and they were so knowledgeable. The closest Lodge factory store other than this one is in Tennessee, so this was great to have this here. I hope to go back and buy a small wok.

I am evaluating multiple companies California Closets, Closets by design, etc They have all come to my house to see my needs first and then go to showroom They want to build before they know and see what my needs are. They called back for appointment, I thought was in my house. When no one showed up I called them five minutes past to see if they needed directions. They informed me that I should have been at showroom. I apologized said it would only take me 5 minutes to get there - they told me I would have to reschedule quite rudely again I will not reschedule and would not recommend this company

The picture I had was odd sized so I needed to get it matted. Aliyah, seen that I was hopelessly out of my element, and offered to help me. She was kind, patience, and competent. She measured my picture frame and went in the back and cut my matting board lickety split! She then helped me install the matting and picture in the frame. It turned out great! I am so happy with the service I receive in the custom frame department that I will most certainly be back. Please recognize Aliyah as a valued employee and make sure you keep that young lady happy!

I absolutely LOVE this place for so many reasons. However, I will give an honest review based on…read moremy experience. So, I picked up a new hobby during quarantine, like so many others, I'm sure lol and it's candle making. I checked out Hobby Lobby's online ordering process for the first time and it's just as smooth and easy as going into to the store. They have the exact products online (if not more) and nothing is ever on backorder. If they're out of a particular item, the system will not allow you to order it, which I like. So, once we've entered phase 3 of rona restrictions, I decided to go to the store to get more supplies. You must wear a mask and maintain social distance and some stores even offer cart sanitizing wipes. Inside their stores is such a calming and peaceful atmosphere, where everyone is super chill, friendly and helpful. They are a Christian faith business and closed on Sunday's. All stores have lots of encouraging worded wall decor and surprisingly, they have books on faith, family and loving your neighbors, which is especially needful during these turbulent times! You can find just about anything handcraft related here! Hobby Lobby also has several pieces of table decor items that are beautifully created at super affordable prices. I took pictures of my Hobby Lobby candle creations, (which is now a Black Owned Business) and everything in the photos came from their stores. This place really gets your creative juices flowing lol. I'd recommend them for all of your home decorating, seamstress, business and arts and crafts needs. Oh and their 40% off coupon that they so generously offer, can be used everyday it's available, either online or in the store on any one item at retail price. Pretty awesome I'd say!

Perhaps this person wants to be store manager or district manager, but you aren't going to go very far stepping all over your customers as if we are filth below your feet! I came in for a battery return issue (was sold the wrong battery, although I returned it 10 months later when the battery was first purchased, the 3 year warranty was very much still active) I gave this Jessica ONE STORY, not five, perhaps she couldn't understand logic, regardless, she was nasty, refused to give a refund unless I had the old outdated and compromised card, I wasn't offered cash as an option! Very rude, condescending and very unprofessional, and then once confronted with her mistake through proper channels she proceeded to blame me, the customer, for her failure to comprehend how it is she is to do her job! Seriously, if you do not want to deal with EVERY customer, then perhaps don't work customer service!! I have not the words in the English language for how to properly communicate my dissatisfaction with this experience!
