Chase A was freaking amazing! I brought my drapes in to color match. Chase did not think the color was close enough so he added some more green! The color was perfect. He went out on a limb and he was so confident in his color knowledge. I am only going to him for my next project. I flip houses and I have a little knowledge about everything. Too small. They need to make it bigger. They need more help in the tools section. I came here for their Labor Day Sale. This is about the smallest Home Depot I ever been in. Anyway, the girl in the tool section doesn't know wha she is doing. The guy that does, is too busy to help you. He has an awful attitude too. I told him I need help changing out my Dewalt circular saw's blade. It needs to be 5 and 3/8 or 136mm. He tried to sell me one that is 140 mm. He didn't know for sure it will fit. I want one that will definitely fit. He kept calling me "sir". What in the world is up with that. Anyway, I got no help me. I'm going to Lowes. read more

My wife and I came into the store tonight bought a pallet of fence boards also talked to Michelle Harvey about some lattice we bought over a month ago that came and damaged we ordered a total of eight took two home left the six damage once behind we decided just to return she said she'd have to go in the back and look could only find four out of the six said she can only give us a credit for those four since she couldn't find the other two even though we didn't have them her voice escalated twice I had to ask her to lower her voice when I asked for the store manager she said they don't have one I ask is there a district manager yes did not know his name or a way to contact him I understand maybe this person was having a bad day since we heard her talking poorly about another employee that had called in sick that is irrelevant I'm being billed for something I never even got until they figure out where they misplaced it we spent a lot of money there in the last 3 years Lowe's is not that far away read more

Poor customer service, we came in to purchase a new fridge. Asked one of the 4 employees standing at the register chatting if they could check what was in stock so we knew what options we had to pick from as we intended to buy one tonight. Young guy with a shaved head said he'd go check then we waited for 10 minutes at the fridges and no one came over, walked back to the front and saw the same 4 employees including the one we asked to check what was in stock just standing chatting. We left and drove the 20 minutes to lowes to spend 2k on a fridge. Much better service there I'll drive the distance for better service. read more

Went in around 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon to grab some front porch plants. Four hours later .... left with 3 flatbeds of stuff we had no intention of buying. lol. I'll start outside. The young people working in lumber and garden were really helpful. A young man was super helpful in getting some 'up stock' down for me - with a great attitude :) Sorry I don't remember his name. Then we went to paint ..... we needed 5 gallons of one color and 3 gallons of another. They didn't have 5 gallon buckets of Glidden and they were out of the base tint we needed. They also did not have a code in the computer to auto match my Benjamin Moore paint. This could have gone sideways at least 4 times. But it didn't :) Long story short, Payton (in paint) was INCREDIBLE at working it out. She visually matched the color. Then, she graciously upgraded our 8 gallon paint purchase from Glidden to Behr since they were out of 5 gallon options and the Glidden dark base. That's worth about $80-$100. The other employee working with her was just as nice. Forgot his name. Sorry! But honestly, the main thing was, they never stopped trying to get it right. We were there for almost 2 hours, but in the end, it was a nice experience - where the employees and the manager actually helped us in every way they possibly could. This is one of those "half Home Depot" stores and the half it is missing is the half you need. Went in today to buy 2 sump pumps and they only had one type with one kind of float to choose from. Not having the pumps I needed I decided to buy one 4" coupling, it rang up for $10.47 when the shelf was $4 something. They don't have the items you need and the ones that they do have are prices wrong. No stars. Follow up, went to competitor saved 40 dollars on my pumps I wanted and the coupling rang up correctly. read more

10-13-18 Arrived at 8pm cashier sent us to lumber yard, lumber yard would not let us in. We needed 2-2x4x8 & 2-2x6x8 they called someone to come and get them for us and he wouldn't come. Paid for a measurement for my home, so that I may purchase carpet from Home Depot and have them install it. The contractor gave me a time from 1130 to 1330 (1:30). A Home Depot representative waited to call me at 1340 (1:40) to let me know that the contractor would be late. They said that the contractor would not be here till about 1430 (2:30). I could not do this because I have to pick my kid up at school at 1500 (3:00). So, I missed a day of work and sat at home for nothing. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule on another date, which I just canceled all together. I did not want to miss another day of work, and hope that this time they would actually come during the allotted two hour period. Getting the carpet installed for free may seem like a good deal, but I would doubt the quality based on their efforts. If they would have called even at 1230 I would not have been as mad, because then I could of had someone else pick up my kid from school, but they obviously do not care enough about the customer. read more
