And they deliver, and they stand by their warranties. The box stores, if there is a problem, send out some cheap repair guy. Further, I specifically told the salesman that I did not want a metal frame, but that's what he gave me because it would fit in my car and there wouldn't be in a delivery charge. I'm so uncomfortable and unhappy with this bed, I called the 1/2 owner of U and I ;Bryce Boswell and he said send pictures, so I did and he completely turned the story on me, he said that because he wasn't present when the salesman sold it to me all he could do is give me $50. He said the defects were because of me. This bed is 25 days old. I declined $50, saying that was like a punch in the gut. So I have a bed that I cannot comfortably sleep on, a business that will not back product and could care less of my future business. I had planned to buy a mint green leather sofa, but after I was gaslighted by Mr. Bosworth, I won't be going back. I will be however, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the state of Utah consumer protection agency. I'm a senior lady on a fixed income and that was a lot of money for me to put out for a cheap no good mattress when the salesperson lied to me of what it was Made of. I'm hopeful to find a resolution with my future complaints of u & I furniture store. The lesson;do not trust the sales person, do not expect customer service after the product leaves the store and remember all sales are final regardless warranty.

Only option was to sent the tv back to Insignia to have them repair or replace. Will take 3-4 weeks. In the meantime, I accidentally left my wall mount bracket on the tv and tried calling the store to get that bracket removed so I could come pick it up. Called the local Logan # 5 times and it kept routing me to people in another country who could not help me. Finally got so angry I demanded to talk with the Logan store manage and they finally routed me to the store voicemail. Lousy customer service, lousy policies, lousy communication.

I had a fantastic experience with A+ Appliance. My dryer stopped working. Got a quote from another local appliance and A+ Appliance and A+ Appliance's quote for a service call was $30 cheaper. That was the start to a good experience! I called and quickly got an appointment set up for two days later. They give a two hour window and Adam arrived right in the middle of that window. I told him the issue and started explaining what I thought it was from my own research. He never once acted annoyed or frustrated with me speaking my mind about what I thought or with me standing over him the whole time he was working. He quickly found the issue and had the part ready to install with him (it was a pretty simple fix). He then took the time to check over the other parts and cleaned up everything to make sure they would continue to work well (this is like a 20 year old dryer).
