Service.....ZERO. Apparently the true patriots of America are no longer found in this establishment and racism is apparent. Selection....1. They're constantly moving in inventory and NEVER updating signage and sales. The Inventory is ALWAYS in the way of consumers. A man of 22 years working there (supposedly) literally left his buggy full of inventory in the MIDDLE of the isle and an elderly man in a wheelchair couldn't get by, so I obliged and moved the employees buggy. SO RUDE. This visit makes me want to apply for management at HQ in ATL. I will be shopping elsewhere for better service, selection, and value. read more

NOW LISTEN UP CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGERS AND STORE MANAGER: On May 27, 2022, I ordered a Galanz red 7.6 reto Mini Fridge with dual door True freezer. The order stated that it would be available June 02-June 07, 2022. On 06/10/2022, was the third time I called to see if the fridge was in, the recording stated that the paperwork was still being processed and I would get an email when the item was delivered to the Dublin store. I went to the Dublin store that afternoon, and spoke with the lady at the cust service counter and she said that it had not arrived at the Dublin store unless it was on the truck that was to be unloaded that night. Ok, I accepted that. On 06/11/2022 , I called the Dublin store around 10 AM and the nice lady stated that it had not been checked in and the paperwork was still being processed. I told her that I saw some of the same red fridges sitting in the appliance dept yesterday afternoon and that I wanted to cancel my online order and come to their store and purchase the one in stock since my time was of essence now. (Our son is a Captain in the U.S. ARMY and we havent seen him and his family in two years and we are putting this red fridge in our pool house for our young 9yo & 12yo grandchildren). The lady, I think she had "G" written on her orange apron and Destyne (the other c/s rep) were terrific. G stated that she would call the 800# and try to get my online order cancelled, and to give her about 10 mins and she would call me back. Sure enough she called me back and said she got the order cancelled, with a credt of about $4xx.00 credit. She said she would go to the appliance dept and reserve a red one just like the one I ordered online and have it at the cust service desk when I got there. Sure enough she did what she said she would do and when I got there , there sat my new red fridge. Could not ask for better customer service and also my hats off to the guy that loaded the fridge for us. I forgot his name, shame on me. This review is about Home Depot store 8954 in Dublin Georgia. Great place if you would like to be attacked by the tool rental guy. Absolutely the worse place to rent a tool. Aggressive tool rental guy has many issues. Sorry I ever darkened their doorstep. It's amazing as they are across street from a VA hospital and how Home Depot treats Veterans. Lowe's has spots for Vets and gives a 10 percent discount. Meanwhile Home Depot rental staff cant even be civil on a simple rental situation. Store 8954 in Dublin Ga is the worst experience ever and how I was treated. Will never have anything to do with Hone Depot again. Shame on a business that treats customers as I was treated. read more

Bought a 10 ft pipe at Home Depot Dublin GA. on 02/27/22, took it home, realized it was the wrong one. No problem, wrong-so took it back 24 hrs later with the receipt. The barcode was never on it so even w/receipt, they couldn't figure it out. They called the store manager who stated they don't carry those pipes pretty well calling me a liar & refused to process the return! I was wearing my Purple Heart cap & this store is across the road from a VA hospital so don't believe the BS they care about Veterans especially making us get a QR code for 10% discount (many are unable to do) Right after this, my Wife remembered the barcode issue & called the manager to clarify. He had the call screened asking if it was a legal matter? Oh please.. He then said the receipt had a different size pipe then the one I was trying to return. How were we supposed to know it was misplaced & why did the story change so quick? Fortunately, the cashier who rang up the order was working this next day, remembered the transaction, & validated me. My Wife was told I could come back to return it so I had to make another special trip there to do so & it took TWENTY minutes...too bad there's not a Lowe's in town, but I'll try my best to avoid Home Depot as much as I can. i purchased a washer less than 2 years ago from home depot. i elected to purchase the maytag washer because the less expensive brand they said was cheaper because they did not have anyone to work on it. i elected not to purchase the extended warranty. when i called them about getting someone to fix my washer they said since i did not purchase the extended warranty they couldn't fix it even if i paid for the repairs. when i said that i had not been told that when i purchased the washer i should be able to get it fixed if i paid for it. the person in the appliance dept then got rude and hung up the phone on me. i will never purchase anything from home depot again. read more

I've been a customer at Dublin, GA. for 14yrs. (NO idea why this says I'm in Macon-Bibb) Recently, my Husband & I finished unloading our purchase into the vehicle & left the shopping cart next to it (close to the entrance in a secure area) As I was putting my seatbelt on, noticed in my side mirror, saw a VERY angry face looking at me! It was an employee who was gathering carts angry I didn't return it inside. So she added it to the other carts she was taking in & purposely put a child's cart directly behind my bumper, so I had to get out to move it. As I was driving away, I saw her exit the store & I said "Don't do that again". She said "you're an ignorant bitch, you got a problem". I said I sure do, & proceeded to park & go into the store (knowing she may try to make this physical, & I would need to defend myself, but she didn't). Finally the manager on duty came out. I didn't know what was happening as I waited inside for the manager-my Husband stayed in the vehicle since I could handle it-she started cussing at him saying what a bitch I am & harassing him, eventually leaving. So when the manager came out, I showed him where she placed the cart, etc. then my Husband told him what she did to him! He took our name & number. We also called corporate, which resulted in the store manager (Mark) calling us. He didn't seem too concerned (this was the day after). He had spoken with her about it, & conveyed our side of the story was different, he was shocked because "she's a hard worker, & outworks some of the men". What did gender have to do with this? it appears his employees can do whatever they want-to hell with the customers. BTW, We've spent THOUSANDS there over these years including credit cards, which were just shredded. We have no desire to go there anymore & thankful for local (non-corporate) businesses to go to instead. read more
