A man of 22 years working there (supposedly) literally left his buggy full of inventory in the MIDDLE of the isle and an elderly man in a wheelchair couldn't get by, so I obliged and moved the employees buggy. SO RUDE. This visit makes me want to apply for management at HQ in ATL. I will be shopping elsewhere for better service, selection, and value.

The order stated that it would be available June 02-June 07, 2022. On 06/10/2022, was the third time I called to see if the fridge was in, the recording stated that the paperwork was still being processed and I would get an email when the item was delivered to the Dublin store. I went to the Dublin store that afternoon, and spoke with the lady at the cust service counter and she said that it had not arrived at the Dublin store unless it was on the truck that was to be unloaded that night. Ok, I accepted that. On 06/11/2022 , I called the Dublin store around 10 AM and the nice lady stated that it had not been checked in and the paperwork was still being processed. I told her that I saw some of the same red fridges sitting in the appliance dept yesterday afternoon and that I wanted to cancel my online order and come to their store and purchase the one in stock since my time was of essence now. (Our son is a Captain in the U.S. ARMY and we havent seen him and his family in two years and we are putting this red fridge in our pool house for our young 9yo & 12yo grandchildren). The lady, I think she had "G" written on her orange apron and Destyne (the other c/s rep) were terrific. G stated that she would call the 800# and try to get my online order cancelled, and to give her about 10 mins and she would call me back. Sure enough she called me back and said she got the order cancelled, with a credt of about $4xx.00 credit. She said she would go to the appliance dept and reserve a red one just like the one I ordered online and have it at the cust service desk when I got there. Sure enough she did what she said she would do and when I got there , there sat my new red fridge. Could not ask for better customer service and also my hats off to the guy that loaded the fridge for us. I forgot his name, shame on me. She did the most amazing job!! The Roses in the piece were extraordinary. It was a gift that I was proud to present to my friend. Who by the way, cried when she received them. The flowers graced her Thanksgiving table the next day. So if you've never been, do yourself a favor, stop in and find the best kept secret in our town.

I called and made an order for Birthday Flowers to be sent. They told me they had a bundle that was…read more$50, I asked if there was one for $40 and they said yes. I told them I would like to get the $40 one and they told me that it would be $7.95 for delivery. As I was hanging up she says the total was $62. I was going to call back and ask about the price but I had called just before they closed. I called back today and asked them why I was being charged so much for a $40 arrangement.. They told me that the person that took the order wrote down that I wanted the $50 one and she is not sure who I talked to. I told her I asked for the $40 one but all she just said sorry she wrote you down for the $50 one. No offer was made to give a discount because one of THEIR employees wrote the order down wrong. All that was said was "Sorry, I don't know who you talked to." I am very upset that nothing was done to correct THEIR mistake.
