They told me that the person that took the order wrote down that I wanted the $50 one and she is not sure who I talked to. I told her I asked for the $40 one but all she just said sorry she wrote you down for the $50 one. No offer was made to give a discount because one of THEIR employees wrote the order down wrong. I came in specifically to purchase oracle decks and found a few decks I liked. One deck, in particular, had a handwritten sticker clearly marked at $17. The other decks had barcodes with prices printed directly on the boxes. When I checked out, the total was much higher than expected, but I was distracted at the register and didn't question it at the moment. Once I got home, I checked my receipt and realized that the deck marked $17 had been rung up as $42. When I checked the box, the price sticker was no longer there. This felt very intentional, especially since I've shopped here many times and know that nearly every item is clearly priced, either with a barcode or a handwritten sticker. The only reason I purchased that particular deck was because it was marked $17. I felt taken advantage of and honestly insulted. I came to this store not only for the products, but also for the sense of sanctuary and positive energy it usually provides. It's really unfortunate, because I've always had positive experiences here and it was even recommended to me by my therapist as part of my spiritual journey. I've enjoyed every purchase I've made in the past. However, this experience was enough to make me decide not to return. The curated items fit the vibe of the store, and are always very pretty and in a wide selection of sizes. They've got adorable little lavender sachets and pillows, scrunchies, candles, etc. I have a lavender pillow from there I can put in the freezer or microwave to ease headaches and pains, and it does the trick everytime. Parking is easy. They don't have their own lot but downtown Perry has lots of free street parking, some right in front of the store. As for the bathroom situation, I don't think they have a public one. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products, as they all have some hand in making it or packaging it! I've asked for help picking out gifts and scents numerous times and they always led me right, sometimes to new items I've never seen and end up loving.
