They were also months late getting the delivery to my neighbour who is also dissatisfied with their service. Coach your delivery team - if they cannot respond to a polite request or at least offer a low level apology, they are probably engaging in road rage, insubordination, and other hostile actions. Its a really bad look for your business. And they are also asking for 5 star reviews to try and fight back against the legitimate criticism here.

Today this morning, I went in just as they opened and was one of two customers, when I entered I wasn't greeted but the man who came after me was. When I CLEARLY was searching for something, given that I was going through a pile of the product that interested me, I saw a sales associate look at me then she pretended to be busy. There were 4 sales reps available, 2 at the cash and 2 on the floor and I am still one of two customers inside the store. I even made time to call others locations to find the product I couldn't see at this store and not once did I receive assistance or an acknowledging "Hello" or "Good morning" now that 15 minutes had passed. Not one word to me, not even as I left the store. Whatever the biased may be this is still a business and no one deserves to be dismissed, disrespected, or undervalued. The people of this community clearly cater to whom they like or feel comfortable with and care nothing without a second thought for anyone else, the people working here either need to be re-trained or replaced!
