The waitress was super sweet speaking English. I had the Frenchys burger with the local blonde beer. Warning the burger is a bit messy but worth it. I had the beef confit which was pretty great. My wife enjoyed her beef tartar and my son had the fish dish with hummus and really enjoyed it. The bread wasn't great but that was my biggest complaint. We also shared two of the deserts, the Black Forest reimagined and Mystery which we're both quite good.

Found this little gem while looking for a different place that ended up being closed, lol(not a big…read moresurprise for France) had the "veggie" burger, fries & salad and it was just what I needed. A good healthy portion. The place is new and VERY clean (another plus for France). Tours has a ton of places to eat, but you need to be picky. Worry not, L'Authentique is here to satisfy!!
