Came for a family wedding in September. Tucked away within a neighborhood. Beautiful outside especially the grounds with flowers and landscaping. Inside is very bright but stark. What once was an auditorium held the reception and it was pretty with high ceilings but again lacked much character. A ton of white everywhere. So brides/grooms need to bring in a lot of lighting and decorations to make the place theirs. Food was amazing. Buffet style. Food was hot and plentiful. Bar tenders and staff were friendly and attentive. Made great drinks! Bathrooms were updated and clean. Small cramped parking lot that was tricky to navigate. Wasn't that clear where to enter or how to get to the ceremony in the patio area. Overall, enjoyed ourselves. read more

We attended a wedding reception for approximately 120 people. The bride and groom had a private table with their wedding party on both sides of them. There was an open bar with lots of mingling room. There were small bites before being seated for dinner. There was a nice seating chart that helped guests know where to sit. The DJ was able to announce to all rooms when guests could enter for dinner. The staff did a great job assisting people. We were served salads and rolls. The rest of the meal was served buffett style. The DJ was great. There was dancing and celebrating. There was plenty of parking. read more

I had an event at the Holly Vault last weekend on August 2, 2025. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Such terrible service! It was very disorganized and the venue was not prepared for the event. Where guests were supposed to walk in and order drinks at the bar, the bar had a sign on it that read "bar closed" and there was no bartender to be found to guide guests where to ask for a beverage. This is completely unacceptable since I paid extra for a bartender that wasn't provided for the first hour and a half of our short event (less than 4 hours). I had to ask for a bartender to serve drinks before they showed up to the bar over an hour late. Meanwhile, when I asked for water pitcher refills on the tables since no one was able to order a drink, I was treated very rudely. The air-condition wasn't turned on, the tv wasn't ready for our use and the tv remote was lost, a toilet wasn't working and caused a line to use the restroom with just 85 people at the event. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the owner, Cari, after the event, and she offered nothing to make it right. I was extremely embarrassed at how poorly my guests were treated and lack of service and care. I will never have an event here again and would not recommend this company to anyone. Came here for a wedding on a July weekend! It was beautiful! The staff was pretty nice. It's a very cool spot for a wedding! But wow, that room in the back where all the dancing, and reception happens, is SO HOT. You could walk up the the lobby, bar and bathrooms and it was 30 degrees cooler. I don't think any of the staff noticed or cared how hot it was. They have a few air conditioners on the walls. I looked and all the temps were set in the 70s, no wonder it was so hot!! I turned one of them down into the 60s by our table because we were dying and that did help. Just not sure why I was doing that when someone who worked there should have been managing the temps! read more

BRIDES BEWARE! The positive reviews shock me since my experience was far from positive. There are plenty of wonderful venues in Michigan. Please save yourself heartache and pick a different venue. 1. The owner of the vault lacks empathy. She seems nice, but I found out it is not genuine. Once they have your money they treat you like dirt. 2. Communication is terrible!!! Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone. 3. The air doesn't work, so if it is a hot day you will not have ANY relief. Many of my guests left early due to the stagnant 85 degree air air in the reception space. Despite being incredibly uncomfortable, none of the employees did anything to rectify the situation. Fans would have been nice (working AC would have been better). Memories of my first dance are clouded by how hot and miserable we felt pressed up against each other. We just wanted it to be over. Not a great way to celebrate the start of a marriage. We were sad guest left because it was so unbearable. Especially after paying all the money. We wish the vault did something to help, even slightly, but that was not the case. PS. The gold chargers they use are from the dollar store. But, they charge one dollar per charger to rent them. 100% profit for them every time someone uses them. I get they need to be cleaned but come on. Seems scummy to do that. read more

This past weekend we held a surprise 50th Anniversary party for our parents through the Holly Vault at Venue One Eleven and it was perfect! Everyone we worked with from our initial communications to the end of the evening were so very helpful and accommodating. Kerri Ann was great to work with in securing the venue and initial planning. Alisa, our Event Coordinator, was exceptional! She was so responsive to all our needs, made sure we had accounted for every detail and the that the night went without a glitch! Alisa, George and the entire staff made a night to remember for our family and guests. The venue is beautiful and has so many amazing and unique features. We received countless compliments throughout the evening regarding the venue and dinner. Kudos to the Chef and kitchen staff as well! Thank you for an amazing experience! Highly recommend! read more

We attended their first pop up Murder Mystery Dinner. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but we all had a fabulous time! The food was phenomenal! Our whole table was raving about the unique pairings. The place was beautifully decorated and service was attentive. We're looking forward to checking out more events at this establishment. read more

My daughter held her wedding at Holly Vault this summer. When we first met with Cari, the owner, she was so sweet and attentive but once we booked she was impossible to get ahold of and communication stopped. We had major issues with their air conditioning during the reception and no staff was able to provide fans to help air flow. Cari was no where to be found. We tried for over 2 months after the wedding to get ahold of Cari via phone, email and text but she has ghosted us. She took our money and ran. Now reading other reviews we see Holly Vault has issues with both heat and air in the reception space. Wish we would have taken those reviews seriously. If you are thinking about booking at the Holly Vault pray for everything to go well or else you are out of luck and alot of money!!! read more

While the venue is beautiful, weddings cost an arm and a leg these days and with that cost, I believe a certain level of service should be upheld. There were a few things that I had hoped would be a little different. 1) There was zero communication with me on the day of or the days just leading up to the wedding. Not only this, but we rented the holly crossing house, while multiple people called and left messages to ask questions about wifi and a leaking shower we didn't receive any communication back from the team. 2) I was not provided with the day of coordinators contact information and she was not provided mine, I had no way to communicate with the team day of because they do not answer the listed number. 3) The only communication I did receive was the day after my wedding because they couldn't find something at the Crossing house. 4) Certain requests I had made at our final meeting were not met, such as allowing the guests into the seating area during cocktail hour instead of a standing cocktail hour (we had many older guests and I did not want them to have to stand for an hour and a half). 5) They moved the location of my rehearsal the week of. Likely to accommodate someone else. But Like I said, the venue was gorgeous, I am a first time bride so I'm not sure if this is the normal. read more
