Well, let me tell you, Great American Realty & Investments, Inc is disgracefully one of them, as I sent a detailed email to them for a listing I was very interested in of theirs, as after now spending months trying to find a suitable rental and unbelievably being asked the same repetitive questions over & over again from all the rental agents, I felt it was best for all concerned to put together a synopsis bio on me containing everything that should be needed along with filling out their initial contact questionnaire, as you just don't know any longer who gets what and who so-called doesn't. In turn and even though I always try to make it a practice of never trying to derive a demeanor from an email, text or letter, one didn't have to be a rocket scientist to immediately know their Rachel Vazquez had a snide & snippy attitude in her response, and she in fact solidified it with every other response she sent afterwards and to add further insult to injury, she disgracefully asked me questions of everything that was contained in my email, which was in fact the sole & main purpose for it. She then unbelievably states in her final response that by reading my email, which she couldn't of possibly, that she sees I have not one yet 2 pets, which nowhere in my email it even remotely states this, and this just solidified to me even greater her absolutely terrible attitude from the onset of my initial contact and the complete immature & childish ways of hers, in stating that she's blocking any future responses from me, as one would expect this from a child and not a so-called professional in a so-called professional establishment. All of the aforementioned not only spoke loudly & in multitudes of Rachel Vazquez complete nonprofessional ways, yet it also soured me greatly to ever want to do any business with Great American Realty & Investments, Inc as well. In closing, here's a couple of the many things I learned in life that has always rang very true, "you show me a bunch of lost Indians and I'll show you one screwed up Chief." & Remember, a doctor is only as good as they make you feel and Great American Realty & Investments, Inc whopping one 5 star review came from an obvious happy patient (customer), yet one must wonder, where are all the others? Kelly came to us through an agent referral company . They provided 5 potential top agents in our…read morearea . We interviewed 3 and chose Kelly almost immediately. During our first meeting my wife and I felt an immediate connection and felt we were on the same page in how our home would be marketed . I have been in and out of real estate for more than 43 years and could have done this myself as I am still licensed but felt we needed an independent objective person to make certain it was priced correctly and marketed aggressively. One of the other teams interviewed produced a CMA that had a recommended price point that was $25k less than Kelly's recommendation. When looking at the comps used on both CMAs' it was obvious that Kelly had really taken time to use real comps that closely mirrored our home as apposed to the other team's who used comps that weren't even close to our home . An appraiser would never have used the other team's comps but would have used Kelly's . A few days later we completed the listing agreement and Kelly personally took interior / exterior photos of our home . She used a high end camera and lens to produce outstanding photos . After she loaded them I knew the house would sell quickly. So many realtors use terrible photos on fairly high priced homes using a cell phone camera making it impossible to really tell how the home really looks . I had a friend that knew our house and had just looked at the listing online and said the photos very accurately portrayed how the house looked . Kelly worked well with me in letting me " tweak" some of the narrative to what I thought was needed to get attention quickly . We sold our home in the first week and closed in 3 weeks . Kelly did an excellent job of communicating with me via phone , text and email. I could have used ANY agent in the area but are very happy we used Kelly . It is obvious that she genuinely cares about her clients. We have owned a large number of properties over 40 years and I have had dealings with numerous top Realtors . On Sunday afternoon my agent called asking if I would be able to meet within the hour (5pm) with…read morethe ReMax agent (Kim ) agent under Kevin Cunningham / Broker. I drove to meet with the understanding the ReMax agent had a full price contract ready to execute. Kim presented a contract with his changes , modified to pay him an added 3% commission fee by the seller. Understand this was not offered in the contract, he was to receive a flat commission payment of $4,500 dollars by the seller. This agent (Kim) prepared a new contract in an attempt to hide by rewording the contract to receive a 3% commission When going through the contract i was surprised to find the hidden reworded commission proposal in the new contract . I refused the (ReMax agents) extortion commission rate attempt. He commented he would find a seller who would pay his 3% commission for his buyer. ReMax is now unable to show my home to any clients. Do not deal with ReMax in Inverness, Citrus County, Beware of the unethical practices and behavior I had to deal with.
