Nature's choice lawn care was the only lawn care company that actually contacted me back after I contacted numerous companies. We hired Active Agent Realty because we trusted David Bramblett's experience and professional…read moreadvice. Before listing our home, we discussed pricing and ultimately listed it at a price that we all agreed upon based on his recommendation. Shortly after listing, we were pressured to reduce the price rather than receiving the marketing and communication we expected. As the experience continued, communication became increasingly frustrating. After requesting to terminate our listing agreement, the process became far more difficult than it needed to be. We made every effort to cooperate, including removing the brokerage's sign and lockbox ourselves and offering to return them immediately. Rather than simply scheduling a time to accept the return of their property and complete the agreed-upon release, the process continued to be delayed with additional issues and unnecessary back-and-forth. Most recently, after we offered to return their property, an internal email stated that my Google review "should be discussed before any release," which was deeply concerning and only added to our frustration. Our review reflects our personal experience with this brokerage. Based on that experience, we cannot recommend Active Agent Realty.
