She is extremely detail-oriented. Her communication skills are remarkable whether it be via a phone call, text or email. As a seller, we never had any questions because Kathryn constantly kept us updated on absolutely everything. We lived in a gated community in Florida and Kathryn had constant communication and spent a lot of time with the HOA and the POA representatives to ensure all documents were prepared and signed for a smooth closing. In today's world, it is so refreshing to see the professionalism, ambition, integrity and real estate knowledge in a young adult. Other realtors and friends told us to hold off on selling our home because the market was in a slump. Kathryn suggested not waiting. She listed our home and we received three offers in three weeks. We closed five weeks later. She has exceptional marketing skills. She used a variety of techniques to sell our home. Just to name a few, she held an open house; posted on real estate websites; advertised on social media platforms; created and posted a video on YouTube; hired a professional photographer who took photos and made a drone video; sent a mass postcard mailing to various states and mass emails to various people in various states. She did everything she could to find us a qualified buyer. Some realtors list their properties online and wait for the buyers to contact them; Kathryn is just the opposite. Kathryn seeks out the buyer and will not stop looking until she has found one for her client. We are so grateful that we chose Kathryn as our real estate agent. If you are looking for a real estate agent, we would, without a doubt, highly recommend her.

Donna Dorsey saw that for the appeal it would have for anyone owning animals or for someone who would want to use the home for a landscaping business.

Kelly came to us through an agent referral company . They provided 5 potential top agents in our…read morearea . We interviewed 3 and chose Kelly almost immediately. During our first meeting my wife and I felt an immediate connection and felt we were on the same page in how our home would be marketed . I have been in and out of real estate for more than 43 years and could have done this myself as I am still licensed but felt we needed an independent objective person to make certain it was priced correctly and marketed aggressively. One of the other teams interviewed produced a CMA that had a recommended price point that was $25k less than Kelly's recommendation. When looking at the comps used on both CMAs' it was obvious that Kelly had really taken time to use real comps that closely mirrored our home as apposed to the other team's who used comps that weren't even close to our home . An appraiser would never have used the other team's comps but would have used Kelly's . A few days later we completed the listing agreement and Kelly personally took interior / exterior photos of our home . She used a high end camera and lens to produce outstanding photos . After she loaded them I knew the house would sell quickly. So many realtors use terrible photos on fairly high priced homes using a cell phone camera making it impossible to really tell how the home really looks . I had a friend that knew our house and had just looked at the listing online and said the photos very accurately portrayed how the house looked . Kelly worked well with me in letting me " tweak" some of the narrative to what I thought was needed to get attention quickly . We sold our home in the first week and closed in 3 weeks . Kelly did an excellent job of communicating with me via phone , text and email. I could have used ANY agent in the area but are very happy we used Kelly . It is obvious that she genuinely cares about her clients. We have owned a large number of properties over 40 years and I have had dealings with numerous top Realtors . I would put Kelly up there with any of them . If you are looking to purchase or sell , I would highly recommend Kelly ! Bill Meyer, Hernando, Florida

Susan Elliott and Michele Allen have become like family to me. I was assisted in every aspect of my search, and there was nothing that either Susan or Michele could have done better. Both agents were available to me, gave me feedback, directed me to a local lender, the title company, inspection services, cleaning personnel and were a wealth of information on anything and everything that I could think of. The amount of time which these agents devoted to me was overwhelming because I was a small bit player and The Elliott Group had far larger properties to work with. However, from the get-go, Susan told me that they treat every client exactly the same and did they ever live true to their word. Susan and Michele have become friends to me, and as I am moving to Ocala alone, to know that I have their expertise, their friendship, and their support makes me feel much better about such a move. I have made friends for life, and Susan has been my Guardian Angel from Day One! I love these two women and I have already passed out their business cards to folks up north looking to relocate to Florida. There are no coincidences and Susan Elliott and Michele Allen have made the entire process flow smoothly from start-to-finish. I cannot thank them enough and all I can do is to thank them many times daily!
