They repsonded quickly to let me know and were quick to correct it and get the process moving. It came next day delivery and I am over the moon with it. For my…read morelatest bike they spent time understanding the specification I wanted, and had no problem with my popping in a few times before I finally made my decision; I never felt hassled into the purchase and they were always helpful with good quality, relevant, advice. Post purchase servicing quality is really good, and not overpriced, but I think its best to book a service well ahead as the workshop is always busy. I have had an occasion where I needed some urgent adjustments done to the indexing ahead of a sportive I had entered - despite it being the busiest time for the shop they really went 'the extra mile' in making sure that the work was done. I think that this is a local business 'deserving' high accolade. It has my recommendation.
