Revolution Bikes is Now called Evolution Bikes.
Evolution Bikes is situated in a prime location to bring in a wide catchment of people through its doors.
The Welsh mountains a stones throw away, no competitors on Anglesey or the mainland before Llandudno that are selling the breadth of quality cycles it has available.
Customer service, as far as advice and helpfulness goes, is very good. The staff know about the products they are selling and are themselves partial to churning up a the dirt on their mountain bikes themselves it would seem.
Inside the shop itself, between the bikes and the customers, there is very little space to manouvre. It does seem that the business has somewhat outgrown the floorspace. Therefore, the volume of work that is undertaken by the workshop may account for the rushed quality of the work that it produces. I have bought two bikes (Cube Acid, and Cube Ltd Pro) from Evolution, and have had to take issue with the assembly of both.
I am disappointed to have had to make such a vital criticism because the business itself seems to be working hard and striving for quality, and this can be measured in part by its success. Which ironically may also be a part of the problem. It might be time for a bigger premises perhaps?
All in all a good place to buy if you have the confidence and knowledge to double check the work of the workshop. Which is not an ideal state of affairs. read more
