After the third time, I pulled him from daycare but kept my 5 month old daughter in, as this was not an issue in the baby room. My daughter was supposed to be there until end of the August. My five month old daughter was expelled effective yesterday because staff doesn't feel 'safe' due to my emails expressing concern for my son's wellbeing and requesting incident reports I never received. When I requested an answer on which policy was violated to require her getting kicked out with no notice, I was told that, since I mentioned requesting incident reports and emotional distress, I insinuated a law suit, so my child had to leave. I was also told that by telling my him he's going to a new school to prepare him, i was the one causing emotional distress. Please see bruises below. I do want to note that Miss Dani, Miss Cindy, Mr. Paul, and Miss Heather were amazing teachers and we will miss them.

Starting from the ladies in the nursery who work tirelessly to provide their time, even with a 4:1 state mandated ratio. Have you ever tried to take care of 4 infants under the age of 9 months at once? You give and you give and you give. That's what I saw/see with my son there, regardless of how short they were, someone (God Bless the nurse who is always pitching in) and all the way up the chain to the Director Cheryl, someone is putting these kids before everything else. When you listen to the news and hear all the terrible things that happen at daycares and pre-k schools, you can rest assuredly that it doesn't happen here. As for the "curriculum" (say that slowly as you're talking about kids under 4) my daughter is heads above kids her age in both her recall and vocabulary. Noah's Ark puts Christ first and it shows.

Another teacher accused him of touching other children "inappropriately" while playing "doctor"--(which the students are not supposed to play, but the teacher in that classroom is so disorganized and lazy that she doesn't supervise the kids--bottom line is no adult saw anything, they just wanted him out because he has an IEP and challenged them...). This was our final straw....we pulled our children out and have them already enrolled in another school. I feel awful for my kids for having to start in a new setting halfway through the year, but I know it will be for the best. Since pulling them out, many other parents are now sharing their horror stories with me about this place and are pulling their kids too!
