This store promises to exchange vapes that don't work. That is a lie. I brought mine right back in, less than 24 hours since purchasing because it was defective, and I demonstrated that it didn't work. The girl with the black hair and fake eyelashes claimed that it must've worked properly before, and that I have done something to it to make it not work. They wouldn't exchange the device even though that girl remembered me, I showed them the receipt, and that it was clearly full. Don't come here. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I used to love this smoke shop and always made the drive from north park just because the guys were always cool and gave me great prices. I ended up making my biggest purchase at a smoke shop ever here spending over 600 on what I thought was a studenglass gravity bong. When you purchase any Studenglass it always comes with a ten year warranty. After about 2 months, I had a problem with the gravity bong and went to claim my warranty through the studenglass website, for them to notify me I had been sold a fake and there's nothing they could do besides give a discount if I want to purchase the real thing. After looking around their website I realized it wasn't only myself who received a fake from them, but that a lot of the ones they have on display are fake as well. Studenglass doesn't make the mini gravity bong in any color but black, and the high road is selling the mini gravity bong in every color. With The amount I spent I could've gotten a real one. If their most expensive item is fake I would be willing to guess a lot of others are knockoffs as well. Now I'm stuck with something I spent $500 on and can't even use it because of their shotty ass business ethics. When I reached out to the smoke shop about this situation and asked to speak to manager I was promptly told "all sales are final " and hung up on. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. I recommend going to a Smoke Shop where they are reputable and reliable, & skipping over this place even if it's convenient. read more

This place was my go to shop. I would travel here from north county since the customer service was always exceptional. Unfortunately I came back for a new downstem since mine broke on me and the new guy at the counter was beyond rude. He did not want to help me. He treated me like a second class customer and refused to sell me the downstem I wanted. Usually the owners and managers are running this place and are beyond cool and always let me take my time - this new guy told me to promise not to come back if he "did his job and sold me the piece I wanted". There was nobody in the store yet he was trying to rush me out. Even while helping me, he would leave to help ANOTHER customer when they walked in. He even tried to jip me for $5 on my way out (overcharging). Terrible experience. Will not be coming back. Recommendation to the business: teach all your employees proper customer service. read more

Rand helped me out tonight I was just looking for a specific type of wick, but it happened to be super late on a week night so nobody was open. Well a quick phone call and I found randy on the other end of the line. He had the product I was looking for in multiple dimensions. Fast , professional service & good knowledge of his product (even threw in some freebies for me to try, similar product to what I bought but a new company). I was appreciative of the little gift and marry Christmas cheer. Even more so I was appreciative that this place is modern and clean with a simple layout & plenty of options!!
