Elf bars that go bad after a couple hits. Look, now we're both upset. Came in once and thought I got unlucky, shouldn't have come in twice. read more

Place sold me an empty N20 whip it tank and when I came back 5 minutes later to explain they refused to issue replacement or refund. Only offered to sell me an additional tank for 20% off. Asian guy was a complete asshole and I am positive that he is syphoning gas from the tanks in the back. Save you money and avoid this place. There is way better smoke shops in the area. Other than that, rest of the staff is very friendly and accommodating besides him. read more

Still came through with a stellar replacement part to a piece I originally bought here as part of a set for my friend and I. John was awesome and truly went out of his way to take care of my needs!! His customer service was top notch compared to the last gentleman who helped me (no that the last guy was rude or anything that wasn't the case, but John knew his product better)! I truly look for shops that carry SB pieces so I don't have to drive all the way to PB but I have called from El Cajon to Downtown & as far north as Mira Mesa with no real luck. I have had a couple shops claim to have the part only to show up and it's not authentic. read more

Won't quote a price for cigs over the phone, nor will they accept manufacturers coupon!?!?!?!? Thought the dude was fuxking with me

This place is THE BEST. I'm new to all this and had a million questions ranging from cbd for my anxiety to vape pens, to hemp oils, you name it, and they had all the answers and were so kind and knowledgeable..they really know their stuff! I felt like they genuinely cared to get me the right products for my concerns and issues. The girl with the green hair is a sweetheart, and the guys are all super nice too. Kudos to whoever does the hiring here. These guys are the best!! read more

Awesome service! Came in this evening and was unsure what to get....that was solved quickly! Spent a total of 20 minutes in there! Don't know the lady that helped me but she needs a raise! Her expertise and care for her products shows! She made sure I was buying the correct piece for the right price! Be back when I need something else for SURE! read more

Great business, kind staff, and clean facility

If I could give 6 stars I would! Taran is so kind and lovely, and our experience couldn't have have been better. New favourite smoke shop - will back!! read more

Literally the best place ever. Not only are the staff very nice - especially ALLEN, who helped me find the products and flavors that I want really kindly, the service afterwards such as making sure the devices work is amazing, and not to mention the products are very good quality and they hold many different kinds. Highly suggest this place and I'll definitely be coming back :)) read more

This place is the jizz. The bee's knees. The ish boo. The bomb diggity. The shiznit. The whatever awesome analogy you wanna call it. If you've been to PB, you know that smoke shops are a dime a dozen, and are EVERYWHERE, so it's really hard to know which trumps the rest. Well my friends, Smoke Zone does precisely that. The staff is helpful and always nice, and their selection and prices are great. We go here all the time we need new carbs for our "water pipes" and they have really bomb "water pipe" cleaner called Orange Chronic. For 6 bucks we also obtained a "sneak a toke" that is not only the shape, size and has the exact look of a car cigarette lighter, it also fits in said slot in your car in case you need to conceal it!!! If you need to clean your "water pipe," I suggest you buy the Orange Chronic solution and stop by the Dollar Tree to get a baby bottle cleaning brush. Here are the expert instructions I have comprised to clean your "water pipe": Take the brush and the cleaner home, cut the bristles down to almost nothing, put the solution in the "water pipe" and then stick the brush into the small hole and swirl the solution and scrub all the excess "tobacco" ;0) off of the insides of your "water pipe." I have tried many different methods and this has proven to be the most successful. read more

Oh Man. This place is horrible. The first time I came here... The only employee was talking on the phone non-stop. I just needed to make a quick paper purchase, and was standing at the register, obviously ready to make a purchase or speak to someone. I left after making eye contact a few times, and waiting about 1 minute. The 2nd time, I was accused of stealing... a $1 lighter, although I was paying over $20 in goodies. I have schadenfreuden thoughts about this place everytime I drive by. read more

Second time checking out Smoke Zone and I'm hooked. I shopped with Henry today for the perfect set up. The store is extremely clean, organized, well tended to and inviting. Big shout out to HENRY! Thank you for being patient with me! I left Smoke Zone with a new NEXUS, fresh white ceramic nail and carb cap. Of course Henry saved me from getting home without a torch and some other necessary accessories! Thanks so much for making my experience absolutely magical. I will see you very soon. Never cheating on SMOKE ZONE! read more

Super friendly and helpful staff! They helped me get a good vape battery and were very nice.

I love the smoke shop is the best smoke shop in San Diego and for sure in PV. Everybody is super nice and helpful. The products are great they have absolutely everything he possibly imagine and it's an A+ plus plus plus. And then my new Paris but don't miss out don't be a clown. Smoke Zone is by far the lowest prices in PB and has a great selection! I have gotten my last few pieces there and they are all awesome and super durable. The guy that runs the shop is great and always letting me know what's the best price and highest quality for what I'm asking for. Would recommend to anyone of my friends for a high rated shopping experience ;). This place is the best! read more

I love this place. I did have some issues with puff bars dying. (like everyone does) I switched to the bigger ones and they don't die as much. At the time, they puffs were dying so much that I should have switched to a shop that gave refunds. I didn't for one simple reason. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. All of the people who work there are kind and genuine people and I love that. This is the only place I get my puffs at. Love these peeps. read more

Stopped in today and the guy working there acted like he was on something. Bugged out eyes, very suspicious of me, standing too close and following me around. Scared me away, I don't care what they're selling the guy is a creep. He is probably selling drugs too. read more

Huge selection. Always a good deal if you are a serious buyer. Got a 2 for 1 on some gorgeous pieces. Pretty much a one stop shop for your smoking needs. Hany was a sweetheart too! read more

So I have to say overall, it's a decent smoke shop. It has all the stuff you'd expect, vape juice, glass pieces, papers, etc. But I was sorely disappointed when they advertised a product they don't sell. Specifically the flavored Juul pods. They display the boxes of several discontinued flavors of Juul pods right next to the currently available flavors but they don't actually sell them. I believe it's a bad business practice that leads to customer disappointment to advertise a product you don't sell. It would be like In-N-Out displaying a a chicken sandwich next to a cheeseburger in their store, but not selling any chicken sandwiches. Despite this, it's still an okay smoke shop, I'd recommend it as much as any other smoke shop. Not worthy of a 1-star review, but definitely not a 5-star either. read more

Awesome staff! Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable in all things smoking related including anything and everything about pen batteries, cartridges, oil viscosity, and even cigars. I will definitely be shopping here more often now. read more

I highly recommend his place to anyone looking for amazing prices and excellent customer service! I've been meaning to leave a review for this place for a while. The MANAGER, a gentleman named ALLEN , went above and beyond to help me find what product would suit me. I asked 5 million questions and he remained patient and helpful throughout my extensive inquiries. A very well-informed and kind person... As was his associate, an African-American gentleman whose name I neglected to write down. I apologize, I wish I could give him the proper recognition he deserves, because he was also incredibly helpful and understanding. Thank you again, Allen and the excellent staff at Smoke Zone! I can't recommend this place enough... SIX STARS read more

I have been coming to this store for a good amount of time. I purchased one of their puff bars very recently, and it was a dud. The manager Alan was there. When I explained to him the situation, to see if there was anything that could be done, he snidely rejected to help me in ANY way shape, or form. I've worked in customer service my entire employment history. Coming from a customer service view point, denying even a simple helping hand, is poor form.... read more

Went to Smoke Zone the other night looking for a new mod but didn't want to spend a lot. The girl working, her name is Tiffany was bad ass! She's cool as f***! She didn't have to but she went out of her way to give me the best deal of the century! Thanks Tiffany!!! read more

Sooo, scary experience I had at this place. I went in cause I needed a lighter REALLY QUICK so I could light birthday candles. This place was the closest, I walked to the register and grabbed a cheap little 1$ lighter. The employee (Hope to god this guy wasn't the owner!) was with another customer at the glass case behind me. I waited for a while and he finally came around. I only had my debit card on me; so when I went to pay, the attendant rudely informs me that it is a minimum of a $5 purchase. That's fine, it's normal because most Credit companies charge at least 5$ per purchase. The other customer jokingly gives me one of his items. I didn't have anything else to buy in a smoke shop so I bought his item and my lighter. The attended kept talking but I wasn't paying attention to him, I was joking around with the other customer. Apparently he was getting very angry that I wasn't paying attention, he gave my card back and I handed the other customer his item. I turned to leave; the attended yelled at me that I needed to sign the slip. Oops! I forgot, I was in a hurry ok! He started cussing at me in the most horrible language. I was shocked. But being me, I nicely sign my name as "F*** Off" :-) on the receipt which probably wasn't a good idea. (I take responsibility for that...) The attendant grabbed my wrist and tore the recipe from me. Then started shouting the worst language I could have never imagined. I ran out to my car, to which he followed and jumped on the hood of the car and spit at my windshield. I'm worried that this guy will steal my CC information. I wanted to warn people about this employee. read more

I went here a while back and the staff was really cool and willing to work with you on price. Now it's arrogant pricks trying to push stuff on you, "you need this man" it's the best deal in town. In reality it's not, not even close! I would suggest another business for any of your needs. Shop around it's worth it and you'll be way happier!!! read more

Horrible cust service. Didnt care that i came in just kept speaking foreign tongue and laughing Whole time. 25 mins later... Still waiting.

The guy running this shop is an absolute crook.... sold me some leaky cleaner and, with the same crap all over the bottle that he sold me he wouldn't give me another one.... his words, "i have no proof of what happened." Besides the point that the customer is always right, I'll digress for the monent and state"the proof" as I did in the store. All of the bottles are supposed to be closed TIGHT because there ia a child safety cap on it. Both bottles were essentially open [no clicking sound when you try and open it normally] and both bottles leaked and I only wanted one replaced. This was after I had to clean my car and driveway of this soupy mess.... He has sold me bowl pieces that are literally the circumference of a hair down the tube... "they work great, man. I know, I sell all the time. Same people always come back for same one." Because they can't get the previous bowl piece to work... Not to mention the fact that, he will choose helping new customers over customers he knows. I've seen him make people wait, like myself to help a couple of people who could tell what day it was let alone what store they were in and, we're obviously stealing from him. What did he do? Ignore me completely and LET ME WALK OUT OF THE STORE WITHOUT PURCHASING ABOUT 40$ WORTH OF CLEANER THAT I WAS READY TO BUY IMMEDIATELY. One thing is clear about the reviews left for this guy. They are all personal friends who did him a favor because everyone I've spoken too has told me I was an IDIOT for trying to give this small business a chance with my money and time. Don't bother with this guy, he'll treat you like you should treat him, like a crook.... read more

Went to five other spots looking for a high quality grinder, all the others had nothing but fake counterfeit sharp stones and no name Chinese garbage. This place had SLX, that I ended up going with as well as a number of other high end grinders like roor, Phoenician, Santa Cruz shredder. Andrew helped me out and he was one of the most knowledgeable staff I've ever encountered in this environment. read more

I am pleased to say that I had a very nice experience at smoke zone. Purchased a extractor the previous day and while in the process of extracting (filling extractor with butane) the glass cracked right on the spot. I went to smoke zone the following day with the cleaned cracked piece and was very impressed with the customer service when I received a brand new extractor blown in a more expensive fashion. Although I received a faulty piece, I am very happy that the manager at smoke zone is good at handling customer service, good business. read more
