Been shopping here for years until today, place seems money hungry and don't care about there…read morecustomers. Woman rushed the sale and sold me the wrong product, didn't even get to my vehicle and I started reading the box and noticed it's not even remotely what I had went in and asked for, so I walked back in and asked her nicely if she could exchange it or even give store credit because SHE just sold me the wrong item... She just smiles and says no, when I literally wasn't even out the door longer than 3-4 minutes. Crazy how an employees incompetence to know the products they're selling ends up being your fault. Anyway won't burn me again, if you're looking for quality product and customer service to match seriously do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but here.

Everyone I've ever met that works there are super friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. I usually stop by after I visit my favourite sushi place next door! (Bonus relocation points!) Never had any issues getting what I was looking for, they're usually very well-stocked. They even added something specific I was looking for to their order list so they'll have it next time I'm in. Score! That's customer service! Check out their incense wall! My boyfriend got me a bunch for Christmas. I've been tempted more than once by some of the art, too!!
