In every instance they've somehow found ways to communicate that we have been responsible for their errors. I'm not sure if State Farm is the issue or this specific agency.

If you live in Woodstock then you would know that Founder's is famous for their enormous Santa with two reindeer in the front of their place around the holidays....It's a Woodstock tradition! I came in to check out whether I could get a better rate on my car insurance which keeps going up about 5% every few months. What struck me about this company is that they're not a typical insurance company. Everyone here treats you like they've known you for years and years. The house itself is worth coming in and checking out. It's like a showcase home with exquisite decor and detailing. It reminded me of one of those boutique hotels in Savannah. I met with a lovely Carleigh Hart who has the best bedside manner ever. I wish everyone was as easy and friendly to deal with as Carleigh.
