I couldn't say no so I switched over immediately he came to my office to fill out the paper work and the whole process what painless. The only think I regret is not having switched over sooner. I was paying closer to $300 a month with liberty mutual. I locked my keys in my trunk and it was a horrible experience. Not to mention after switching and sending in my cancellation notice they never processed it. 4 months later I was looking at my bank acct and I see that liberty mutual is still drafting payments for a policy I was sure I cancelled. In every instance they've somehow found ways to communicate that we have been responsible for their errors. I'm not sure if State Farm is the issue or this specific agency.

What struck me about this company is that they're not a typical insurance company. Everyone here treats you like they've known you for years and years. The house itself is worth coming in and checking out. It's like a showcase home with exquisite decor and detailing. It reminded me of one of those boutique hotels in Savannah. I met with a lovely Carleigh Hart who has the best bedside manner ever. I wish everyone was as easy and friendly to deal with as Carleigh. To find out then they are denying my application for a full replacement due to a few shingles that could repaired, then referred to a baby tree in the photos barely touching the roof. Do not make me cancel my insurance with another company before you do your survey if it is contingent, and certainly not take my money.
