    I have been a long-term State Farm customer, and it truly hurts and disappoints me to write this. I…read moretrusted Ryan Young's office to handle my claim professionally and advocate for me, but that has not been my experience. State Farm was charged for a Jeep hardtop part through Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Marietta, yet I have never received the part. Throughout this process, I've been reassured multiple times that the part was "on the way," but none of the dates or updates I have been given were accurate. It feels like no one is taking responsibility or genuinely working toward resolving this issue. As a loyal customer who pays premiums every month, I expected support, accountability, and honest communication. Instead, I am still without the part, without a solution, and without the assistance that I thought my policy and long-standing relationship would provide. At this point, I should be receiving a refund or an alternative resolution, but nothing is being done. It is extremely disappointing to feel overlooked after trusting State Farm and Ryan Young's office for so long. I hope this review brings attention to the situation so that no other loyal customer is left feeling ignored and unsupported.

    We recently moved to the area and decided to keep our State Farm insurance (we've been with them…read morefor over a decade). Ryan's office had good reviews and we are so lucky we listened to them. Ryan was out of the office when we contacted him. Despite being on vacation, he quickly connected us to Matt who has been a dream to work with. Less than six months later we really put them to the test after we were hit by a car 30 miles away from our home. Another driver was deemed liable but her insurance company was more than difficult. We were literally yelled at via phone for leaving two messages after we hadn't heard from the adjuster after two days. Meanwhile, Matt was readily available and we spoke multiple times throughout the day. He walked us through the process and helped us determine what type of questions to ask. And don't worry, if he was on the phone with another customer when we called, the front office helped. I've never felt more taken care of. I have never been in an accident before, but I am grateful that if it had to happen, it happened with Matt by our side. Five Stars aren't enough. Matt and State Farm are taking care of us, and that is just the relief you need in these situations.
