Instead of offering help they blamed State Farm Corporate for the mistake. Waited weeks for a resolution with no updates from the agency or State Farm Corporate until I called them. Then I receive notification from the state that I have a fine and insurance reinstatement fee. Of course they take no responsibility for this either. State Farm Corporate is to blame. At first I was very apprehensive as I knew my premiums were already quite low given I had excellent track record with my home and auto and I was with them for almost 15 years however I still gave Pankaj a try. When he ran my numbers, I was very pleasantly surprised that he was able to get all my premiums and overall insurance cost down with Farmers by atleast 20%.
