I had a…read morebuy-this-car offer come up that I could not let pass me by, but I was leaving the state for a 2 - 3 week journey so I needed insurance FAST! Sherry replied very quickly to my inquiry and guided me through some processes I needed to follow to ensure my existing motorcycle insurance could also be under Doug Marrinson along with a new automotive (car) policy. Doug quickly sent me a couple of options for insurance and spoke with me on the phone during his busy day to answer some questions and edit the auto policy. He made payment fast and easy and within an hour I had the insurance needed to go register my new vehicle! Doug also took the time to explain a few options I had if for some reason the Dept of Transportation office did not accept the title (the previous owner had not written their name on the back of the title exactly as it appeared on the front, which is justification to refuse registration of the vehicle). Thanks to Sherry and Doug I felt confident that I could march into the DOT office and register the vehicle and, if something went sideways, they could quickly guide me through additional steps to get registered. Keep in mind they did all this with a multi-state, multi-week driving vacation looming within a couple of days! Kudos to Doug and Sherry! Exceptional service! Highly recommend!

I had to conversations with him today regarding a claim that we have had ongoing since may from roof damage and from the very first call today he was cutting me off, talking down to me, speaking to me like a child, And also told me their foremost policies would cover my roof damage and replace my Roof Only to find out that they have exclusions to replace any roof with Foremost from damage to shingles. And he said when he originally read my policy he thought it sounded like a good thing and now he realizes it's a "really really bad thing." So great, now that will cost me 10,000 to fix out-of-pocket because he doesn't know his policy. I could have gotten past that except for his extreme rudeness to me and I mentioned to him how as a customer I really don't appreciate being spoken to the way he is speaking to me and then he was extremely defensive, told me he would send me the recording so I could hear if he was rude or not and I asked him to please do and I would appreciate if he would listen to it as well.
