I was worried that some of my friend's kids that are 5 and 6 might get bored quickly based on the reviews but none of the kids wanted to leave. My son is the youngest of the bunch, and if anything, he struggled a little bit on his own a bit getting stuck in one of the tubes and running into the carousel and definitely needed to be followed around closely. But overall he had an amazing time and did not want to open his presents or eat his cake because he was having so much fun! Pricing was reasonable and the location was clean and staff were friendly and helpful! It looks like it could provide a great opportunity for children to do some gross motor output. However, now, it is run down- dirty- and hazardous. The ball pit is grimey. There is tape and string and zip ties holding the safety padding and netting together. There are many items that aren't even functioning- like the stem ball activity in the ball pit. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, stinky, with sticky floors. I would not go back. Spaces like this could be amazing with proper care, cleaning, and maintenance. Unfortunately management here doesn't seem to care.
