When I got to the store I was greeted by the two people who were behind the counter with a smile. They immediately acknowledged my presence, and allowed me to tour on my own. I enjoyed the fact that I could purchase the exact amount of what I wanted and that I could package it myself. This gave me a chance to smell the herbs to ensure their freshness. Boy! Did the herbs smell wonderful. The colors were vibrant! I truly loved their system. When I was looking for peppermint I called out to the staff and Emily came over right away and showed me where the peppermint was kept. Since so many people want peppermint they just keep a big ole tub of it!! Brilliant! I stop by here every time I want any herb to make a tincture or tea. I love how we can leave with a tablespoon or a few 100 grams. The store is clean and the jars don't leave fingerprints. I will continue to give this store my business for years to come.

I went into Popeye's Supplements in Victoria 5 days ago to tackle a health challenge, and spoke to Josh. I have been heavily into health and nutrition for over 30 years, teaching martial arts for almost 30years, and am now over 50. I was really impressed with Josh's knowledge of health, nutrition, supplements and the human body. He was very honest with me about what I needed and didn't need, explaining carefully his reasons. He listened carefully to what I had to say, and what my needs and goals were. I was impressed that he encouraged me NOT to buy anything that first visit, instead sending me home with free samples. I came back the next day to discuss my needs further, and how the samples went. He sent me home with more free samples. A day later, I went back for my 3rd visit and was able to confidently purchase an array of products that would help me with my health goals. I have been on the products for only 2 days and already feeling the difference. More importantly than that, Josh's incredible customer service will make me a loyal customer, as I know he has my best interest at heart, and wants to make sure I go home with the right products, and that I don't waste my money on products I don't need. The store is geared more towards body building and that's not my focus but I still found a lot of goodies. They have a few vegan protein powders too. I liked the brand IronVegan the best. As far as I'm aware this brand isn't sold in the states. The employees were really nice and knowledgeable. They let us try a few different types of protein powders. I thought that was great customer service. They said they didn't want us buying something and end up not liking it.
